"I would recommend this hotel. Better than photos. Staff excellent. Would definitely return. Enjoyed our walks into the old town, however there are lots of buses if preferred and lots of restaurants / bars / cafes nearby.

"The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. Both restaurants were very good. Between the two restaurants, we were happy eating dinner at the hotel most nights. Palma is not far off you have a car. Gorgeous city but very crowded. There is a couple convenient stores & a liquor store on the same block as Nixe Palace so very convenient to grab drinks, snacks or beach essentials. "

10/10 Excellent
"This is a well-located hotel with great facilities - and certainly good value compared with nearby hotels. Highlights include the well-kept pool area with plenty of loungers / fabulous sea views and the delicious food offering, even if breakfast has a bit of busy canteen feel. It’s only a short walk to Illetas beach, a range of restaurants/ bars and a very convenient location for a trip to Palma too as buses stop right outside the hotel.
This was a second visit and the rooms were discernibly more tired (we moved rooms after the first couple of nights as our first room had quite a few issues) but then it’s a busy hotel and perhaps it’s due for some maintenance once the season finishes. The bedding certainly requires refreshment… the management does need to have a proper look at this…!
Reception staff seemed generally a bit dis-interested, on check-in we stood for a full minute or so before any of the four staff even looked at us which was awkward as there were no other guests around. Check-out was similarly lack lustre. But that’s the end of season vibe I suppose. However Julian on baggage and Chantal in the restaurant (at breakfast, lunch and dinner!) worked so hard and retained a cheerfulness perhaps lacking in other staff.
However nothing detracted from an overall positive stay, we’d love to return sometime. Thank you. "
