The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "This was our first time in Alta Badia and hotel col alto was perfect! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The ski room made storing your equipment very easy and was well organized. The wellness center had lovely saunas and a nice pool/jacuzzi - just what you need after a day of skiing. "The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected.
