Contemporary Flat on a Christmas tree farm 5 Minutes to Oregon State University

Located in the lower level of our home, the contemporary flat has an open concept design--2 bedrooms and one bath. There are hardwood floors and granite counter tops. The two bedrooms, each have a queen bed. Our couch in the main room pulls out into a queen bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
As we are located on a Christmas tree farm, it is quiet with no near by traffic.
My studio and display room are located on our Christmas tree farm--the display room is open 24/7!

Absolutely the coolest place to stay in Corvallis! Check in was very easy and all the amenities you need to make you feel at home. Food/shopping/OSU within minutes from the farm so very convenient. We will be back next time we are in town!

Lovely host and fully outfitted kitchen. Quiet country setting but not that far from downtown Corvallis. Attending a child’s wedding also at the venue, could not be more convenient!

Tranquility close to town

We absolutely loved our stay here visiting our daughter at OSU. Just far enough away from town to feel like you are "away from it all" but also super close for going in there for dinner etc. Beautful light dining area where we had a lovely Mother's Day brunch. All in all just fabulous, we were sad not to meet our hosts -- but we will return.

Close to OSU and very relaxing

Great location as we came down for OSU parents weekend. Loved having space for our golden retriever and being able to make own meals rather than staying in a hotel. Beautiful property and loved the water feature outside the living room windows.

Quiet yet close to everything

Excellent host and property. We brought our puppy and there was no problem with the owner also letting us host a small gathering for a bbq on the patio. HIGHLY recommend! We will be coming back.

While close to town, it also felt like we were out in the country. Peaceful and quiet. Dale is very friendly host.

Quite nice

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything inside was clean, bed was comfortable. My mother has difficulty getting around and both beds were quite high, so we were happy to find a pull out sleeper in the couch for her. The rooms were pretty dim, even when all the lights were turned on. But this is still such a small thing and did not take away from our time. Thank you!

A beautiful property and lovely place to stay! Perfect for our family of four. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and a beautiful view of the tree farm. Plus super close to restaurants, OSU, etc. The property owners love on-site and were so kind. We will absolutely stay again!

Paradise with the Scent of Pines

The Donovan Tree Farm was a delightful place to stay. We appreciated the creative landscaping and the friendliness of the owner was unmatched. Beautiful location, is comfortable, and met our needs completely! The ease of check-in and check-out was unbeatable. And a big bonus for us was that it was dog-friendly, but you'd never know it by its immaculate upkeep. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A Wonderful Home on Beautiful Property

We give this home and our hosts our highest rating and recommendation. The home is very warm and inviting as well as comfortable. The bed is comfy, and the shower is amazing. We especially appreciate all of the artwork throughout the house. The views from both inside and outside the house are beautiful. We enjoyed the bird songs and birdwatching both from inside the house and the patio. last but not leadt our hosts Dale and Peggy were most gracious and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and won't hesitate to stay again should the occasion arise.

Corvallis Paradise

This was the perfect set up, just 5 minutes from OSU. The home is on a serene, quiet Christmas tree farm. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our host who was just as welcoming to us as to our dog. The home is clean, cozy, and well appointed. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful week on The Christmas Tree Farm. It is quiet and relaxing. The host is warm and welcoming. We explored during the week and went to the OR/ Or State football game on Saturday. We are a house divided so lots of rivalry.

A Place That Feels Like Home

We totally enjoyed our stay. The apartment was roomy, bright and clean. We enjoyed the garden views from the living room and dining room! We loved sitting on the patio and taking in the view of the Christmas trees as well as the hills in the distance. We walked the tractor paths through the farm. As a bonus we got to tour Dale’s pottery studio!

Spacious and peaceful

The view of the garden from the flat is gorgeous! We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable in this space. It was not an issue for us, but we did notice that there was no oven in the kitchen. We plan to be back!
