This family home, in a quiet neighborhood, has been recently decorated in a stylish boho vibe.
This three bedroom, two bath home is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and playgrounds.
It has a backyard grill and a full kitchen.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a queen sized bed in each. The bathroom with the shower/tub combo is also upstairs.
The main floor has an additional bed with a queen sized bed in it. The bathroom on this floor has a shower (no tub.)
There in an additional queen sized mattress that can be used in the living room. Note that on VRBO, an “air mattress” is not an available amenity. Thus, it is listed as a Futon. It is not a futon: it is an air mattress.

Please note that the downstairs living area has a/c, but the upstairs bedrooms have box fans only.

The home has eight stairs to get to the landing. From the front door are another ten stairs to the main floor, which has the living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom (shower, no tub) and a bedroom. There is also a patio and charcoal grill off the main floor. The garage is off-limits.

The second floor has two more bedrooms, and a bathroom with tub/shower.

Production and photography bookings are allowed, with an extra Production Fee and insurance. Please inquire.

Upon booking, you will be asked to provide ID, an email address, to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement, and list your vehicle information.
