There is no elevator in this property. Navigating stairs with luggage is a challenge. The heat in my room was unable to be controlled, and it was extremely hot in the room. Breakfast was lack luster, and not well stocked fresh fruit was rotten. The housekeepers were in the lobby using the counters to fold laundry. The showers suck no water pressure and barely any hot water.
