Beach front condo, great baloncy to view sunrise & sunset!

Studio with 2 Queen beds / 2nd floor / no pets / Parking passes for 2 vehicles/ minimum age 25 to reserve

We have wonderful views of the ocean and our unit is recently remodeled, without the rate increase! Our efficiency is equipped with 2 queen beds, full kitchen and again, fantastic views of the ocean on a private balcony. Island Retreat has 2 onsite pools and BBQ pits. Wake up to the sounds of the waves or take a relaxing walk down our board walks that lead to the beach, marking your own personal foot prints on the sand. Enjoy the outdoor grilling by our cabanas located around the pool areas and surrounding grounds. April also has Sandfest weekend where beautiful sculptures that are created by professionals are shown and the guests come to celebrate the weekend. We welcome your stay, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

*Some condo owners are doing some remodeling. You may hear and see some construction workers during the day.*

Great Experience

Overall Nice Stay

There were only a couple of minor things that needed attention- unfortunately the patio door was broken on arrival so opening and closing the door throughout our stay was difficult..otherwise it was nicely located off the beach. The shower to rinse off from the beach was broken so we had to use a water hose. Nice location & our family of 4 enjoyed it.

Great get away!

Great place! Needs a few light bulbs, handle needs to be fixed on sliding glass door (very sharp metal piece sticking out) and this would help to close door. We look forward to returning!!

Great views and place!

The place was perfect for two! Beach is a quick walk! Pickle ball and tennis courts are right across the street along with 1 of 2 neighborhood pools. Super safe and cozy place.

Everything is better at the beach and that's where this place is!

Really can't say enough good things about this property. If you want to be at the beach, yet close to shopping this place can't be beat. Very nice recreational facility on the property if you're into that, but why when the beach is a short walk away with great views from the balcony.

Conveniently located, short walk to the beach. Very nice condo interior. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Very accessible to everything we wanted. The Palmilla Golf Course was very nice. The restaurants and bars were great. We recommend Couches for breakfast, Virginia’s on the Bay, Trout Street Bar and Grill for lunch and/or dinner. Salty Dog and Shorty’s for drinks.

Perfect balcony to have a drink and take in the gulf views.

Nice place ! Quick easy on a boardwalk to the beach and easy drive to town, but not right in the middle of a crowded area! (Which we enjoyed) Pictures are accurate. We enjoyed our stay even though it rain the entire beach vacation.

Beautiful Location, Poorly Maintained Property

The location of the property was great—it’s right by the beach, and the sandy shoreline made for a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself left a lot to be desired.Upon arrival, we noticed several maintenance issues. The screen door was missing entirely, which made it difficult to enjoy the breeze without letting bugs in. The toilet paper holder was broken, multiple outlet covers were either cracked or missing, dripping AC, and in some places, foam insulation was visibly coming out of the walls and outlets.Overall, the property felt neglected and not well-maintained. While the beach access was a plus, the interior condition did not meet expectations. Some basic repairs and upkeep could go a long way in improving the experience for future guests.

Cosy Retreat

It was smaller than I expected, but right next to the beach. It would have been great had the weather cooperated. Needs a new lock on the slider to the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the shower great!
