"This was a 1-night stay for work. I was in room 220 which was a long walk from reception. Car park was free, but at the front of the hotel, filled up quickly. The room however was huge as was the ensuite. TV and Wifi okay. Decor a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"we had a suite room and it was beautiful with amazing views, the only thing to let it down was the pillows they was so big and hard we didn't sleep, spa was nice we did the mud treatment and that was very fun, it is very dated and needs some new paint work in the spa but apart from that is was lovely. "A clean hotel and a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Parking is extremely limited but the West End Road car park is only a short walk away and both reasonable cost and easy to pay via the MiPermit app (which will give you a Vat receipt afterwards). The buffet style breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful."

"We recently stayed at the Three Kings for 2 nights, having stayed there before. The room contained a very comfortable and large bed, with an adequate TV, coffee machine, kettle, coffee/tea, hairdryer, hanging space, and a fold up suitcase stand. The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel, and the shower itself was very good. The property has a restaurant and bar attached, where we had a very good dinner on the first night. This is where breakfast was served which, on the first morning, was exceptional. Unfortunately, on the second morning, some items not required were served and other items were missing and/or cold. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and helped to make our stay enjoyable, thank you! We look forward to visiting again, and we would certainly recommend the Three Kings."

"The room we had needs updating and cleaning properly Room 2 The windows had black mould and the shower has lots of black mould - could be easily cleaned away Be nice if the pool was open earlier at the weekend- we didn’t get to use it "

"We were pleasantly surprised that after seeing a few so-so reviews, that was not our experience at all - we had a great stay! The house and gardens are beautiful and while you'd expect a little wear and tear of a property that age, it was very impressive and looked after. We had one of the lodges at the side of the garden and really liked the little terrace outside our door that looked over the garden. The room couldn't be faulted, a very comfortable bed, lots of space and the bathroom was well equiped and spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained and the rainhead shower was strong and refreshing. We didn't see many staff, but the ones we did see were polite and helpful. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and I had the full vegetarian option - excellent scrambld eggs in particular. Overnight, strings of lights lit the garden and it was lovely to sit on the chairs they provided on our little terrace. We've reason to visit the area regularly now and we will try to stay there again."
