Lovely pool and good rooms. We were in the express bit which is the economy part attached to the main hotel. You get to use all the main hotel facilities but have a different breakfast which is ok but deliberately basic so you will upgrade to the main breakfast buffet. The main issue is the location, it is a long hot walk along roads with no pavements to getninto town where all the restaurants are.

Excellent customer service. Everyone was so polite and helpful. We were on a island tour and my sister left her phone in the van. The staff did an excellent job of contacting the driver and recovering the phone. The hotel is also beautiful, lobby was spacious and the pool looks amazing!

Accommodation due to cancelled flight
As our flight was cancelled, friend and I booked this hotel. We did not realise that it was an express accommodation so basically staff are not giving you enough attention. The aircon in the room was no working so we have been moved, same with no view. All basic and it is too expensive.

I had to take an early flight so always to be waking up at 5 a.m. for a 6:00 a.m. departure from the hotel it was all booked in transport was booked for 6:00 to get to the airport on time and they forgot to wake me up they forgot to get the transport and i woke up at 6:30 and i didn't give a damn they thought it was funny and just kept telling me how many things i had to pay for before i left including a mini bus it was very very unprofessional i miss my plane and when i told them i would charge them foot the plane if i missed it they just said to me but you can try but we won't be paying anything i would recommend strongly that people don't use this hotel until they become more professional everything else was ok the food was not good

Excellent hotel service.
Excellent service by hotel staffs especially the front desk who helped us track the driver of the tricycle where we left a bag of items we shopped. Driver returned the bag. Town people are honest. Room is a bit smaller but it’s not that bad. Nice swimming pool. Rough roads and dusty.

Great hotel in Coron with lovely Pool and Bar
One of the best in Coron I would think, The staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is a little out of town in a quiet location but the centre of Coron is easily reached in a few minutes by Tuk Tuk type tricycles which are always available and very cheap, alternatively you could walk. We were upgraded by the hotel to the breakfast buffet which was OK but could use some improvement such as a wider selection of fruit, (I would not have paid to upgrade to this breakfast though) Pool and Bar were great, very relaxing, restaurant has quite a varied menu, Overall a pleasant hotel where we would stay again.

Overall the hotel was great. The pool is in the middle of everything which is great because after an excursion nothing is better than jumping in the pool. There is noy much around the immediate area but you cam get a trike in to town.

Awesome Must Stay!!!
We made the right choice! Eperience was superb! Staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. Food was excellent. Swimming pool is clean and big. They can arrange your transfers and tours. It was our anniversary and they made extra effort to decorate the room and our dinner table. Stay here and you'll definitely get your moneys worth.

The place isnt bad. accessible to town via a tryke. Most employees were hospitable except for a receptionist in the express counter, morning of Aug 17. Slender mid height lady with a long hair. She looked so annoyed and irritted when i asked her to assist me in unlocking my room since i forgot the key inside. Her unwanted attitude ruined our morning. Overall stay was good though. Christian, one of the room attendants was a good reason enough for us to still enjoy the resort. He is very accommodating and is always smiling. He assists in everything and apologized when there are some delays in service. A very good attitude and aura indeed. I hope he will keep him there. He is an asset to the company. He is very accommodating and always has a smile on his face. Always willing to assist and answer all queries. I hope they will keep him there. He is an asset.

Hotel staff was friendly. Other guests from China were extremely noisy the entire time! I was especially irritable because I had an infection the entire stay, but you can hear every little noise that is in the hall way and the room doors beep very loud and annoying if they’re not shut. The room was good but the shower wouldn’t work the first day on multiple attempts.

Awesome hotel here at Coron! Excellent customer service, very clean room and comfortable bed. Love the food here! Me and my husband stay for 3 days and we order foods from its own restaurant , good free breakfast, we had room service for food! Everything is delicious. They help us also for our Coron Ultimate island hopping. All the staff are friendly and smile at us. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for everything! And will stay here again in the future visit at Coron.

Loved the location, ESPECIALLY considering the other hotels I checked. This was off the busy "strip" in town. EVERYONE working there was VERY friendly and helpful. Express is a great option if you're wanting to save a little bit and don't need any fancy extras. Rooms were clean and perfect for what our family needed, sleep and shower to get up and go the next day. The buffet/meals were okay, but offered a WIDE variety of choices.

It was good value . I like the location , it’s close enough to town but not in town where it’s noisy . The room is small (cozy) but clean and has he necessary amenities . We were also able to upgrade our buffet to the Soleil Garden and utilise the pool.

Far too expensive for what you get. The resort, pool, bar, and staff are excellent. But we paid over US $100 for a room barely big enough for the beds with no refrigerator, safe, or cabinets to put our clothes away. There was no view at all, and our room was too far from the Wifi signal to work. The location is too far from anything to walk, and you need to take a trike everywhere. I've had much much more in the Philippines for rooms less than 1/2 the price.

The perfect place in Coron.
Everything was perfect! Except maybe the restaurant which we only tried at lunch when we arrived. It's fairly expensive and although they have a long menu, very little vegetarian options are available. The only vegetarian salade that they had was not available and when asked whether I could have one of their pandit canton noodle dish without chicken they said it was not possible... ended up eating French fries which were cold. But don't worry there are many great places to eat in Coron Town anyway.

Wifi and signal was really very bad! And I did not like it that just because we stayed at the Coron Soleil Express there are no hand towels but they provide for the Coron Soleil Garden. I think it is a must in all hotels. The staff were all couteous and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room was small. Overall we had a great time.

Good hotel choice in the Coron area
This hotel is located outside the town centre of Coron in a quiet area. Coron is a busy and noisy place so having a nice peaceful place to return to after a day out is a good thing. The Express hotel is located behind the Garden Resort but you can use the facilities of the resort. All the staff at both both the Resort and Express hotel were very friendly and polite. The hotel has a nice pool with bar area. The hotel offers a free transfer to and from the airport. As we were travelling on from Coron by ferry they provided us with transport to the port which we were very impressed by as this was not something that was advertised as being available to guests.

Pleasantly surprised!
From the airport pickup to drop off, service excellence! We didn't pay much as we stayed in the express part of the hotel. But we still got the full blown service equivalence of the regular hotel which costs twice as much. Free breakfast was great and we ate all the time. Except for one night, at their restaurant. Great food there and service. Special thanks to Reggie who took care of us the whole time. Facilities are great, swimming pool is big and hotel grounds are gorgeous and meticulously manicured. For we paid and the service we got if eel. Like i robbed them. I wouldn't stay. Anywhere else. In Coron. Love this hotel!

Nice hotel with nice staff
We stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was worth it. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool is a nice alternative to the sea if you want to relax. They offer you many nice trips to the coron islands with pickup from the hotel. The breakfast at the Express was a bit a disappointment compared to the breakfast in Garden (you can upgrade for 200Pesos pp) but the staff was very kind and helpful. There is also not much to do if there is heavy rainy weather (they have a gym but you can‘t stay all day long in a gym) and Coron town doesn‘t offer that much when it‘s raining. So I hope you will get there when the weather is fine :)

the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Love the location too. though it is not close to the beach, the view from the pool is amazing. The pool was clean and seems to be well maintained.

The hotel was amazing with great people! Staff at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. Reacting so quickly for any concerns. Big thank you to manager Lorelie Bulan, who change our room so quick and let us to stay with the room with better view us that was so important to me:) Huge thank you to Regie how looking after swimming area very well and also to Ivy who make staying much better with lovely smiley and all question -was plenty over the time of staying:) Well done guys u make people feeling so great and homely in your marvelous hotel!
