You arrived at 3 AM, and you were told that you have to have a valid credit card as per hotel policy, which you informed us that you did not know and you cant go anywhere else. We waived our hotel policy and gave you the room. Then you wanted an extra day, because you checked in late, and you wanted to stay on, which we had to deny. At 3-30 AM in the middle of the night you wanted a plug for the tub, although you later saw that the plug was already installed in the tub. It is false that there was blood on the pillow when you checked in, because the room was inspected twice and was clean. We noticed blood on the pillow, sheets and bathroom after you left, and therefore had to discard all the bedding, comforter, and all the 6 towels at our cost, because we cannot wash them and put our next guest in any kind of health hazard. The room you used will remain closed for three days, so that it is completely sanitized.

I am sorry you did not have a good stay. We have a policy which is noted at the front desk, that if any guest is not 100% satisfied within the half hour after check in, they will get a full refund immediately and the reservation is cancelled. This is to keep us and you happy, you do not have to wait till check out to write a bad review and can leave immediately, and our other guests do not get a negative feedback. I guess you did not take that option and stayed on. We would like to mention, that the room you were in has both the mattress and the carpet only four months old, and are sanitized after each check out. That is why we have a no pet, no smoking policy.

I am sorry that you had such remarks for our property. Needless to say, you will not like to come back, and we will certainly not welcome you as our guest in future. However, for all my other valued guests I must narrate the facts which are as follows. We do not have any double beds in the property, but have all queens, so your claim that you got a double bed is false. Our esteemed guests appreciate a smoke free environment, so we do not allow smoking, and therefore you were not allowed to smoke in the room. Employees do not park in front of the lobby. The courtesy shuttle van for our valued guests to pick them from the local railway station or to take them to events in the city, is parked in the corner, and the driveway is never ever blocked. Desk phone is answered 24/7.

I am sorry for your comment. Mechanical widgets do fail!!! We fixed it in three minutes flat!! I regret that the few minutes it took us to re-program the lock, got you irritated. We check the room for cleanliness twice every day after house-keeping is done, and we endeavor to keep our rooms spotless.

The power bar is for your convenience. Nowadays, with micro in each room, coffee maker, fridge, of course TV and high speed internet portals and in addition guests personal stuff to plug-in we need extra outlet and the power bar is there to facilitate our guests. I am sorry if you did not like the power bar. All the fridges are new, and are only plugged in by our guest if they need them.

The outside doors are metal and sort of unbreakable! the fence electric so anyone who try to jump over it - can get the shock of its life time... guess we did not charge the fee for the two large dogs that may be bothering the guest,or may be free upgrade of the room from one queen bed to two queens ,again free of cost has created negative feeling. Sorry about that- we will definitely charge the fee for the dogs, and not upgrade the room- next time .
