"My wife and I just returned home from our stay at the Princess Mangrove on the adult side. We stayed from 10/6 to 10/12. The reason was to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I can honestly say the resort is well worth visiting. Upon our arrival we were met with a warm greeting, offered a cold towel and cocktail. As we checked in, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. That night the resort surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice dessert with a congrats message. We started our stay in a standard room but upgrade to a swim out room in Building 1 after the 1st day. Room 1112 was the room we were given. It did not disappoint. The pools are all infinity and are beautifully lit at night. I highly recommend a swim out room if you can swing it. The resort, grounds and beach are all amazing. Although the building does show some sings of wear for a new structure. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. I was impressed by the gym and felt the equipment was top notch. I felt the food was really good and well presented at the restaurants. We dined at the Pearl, Robert's Flame(shout out to Troy), IL Palazzo and Umami. We found all to be great. The buffet in the morning for breakfast provided plenty of options. I really enjoyed the coffee/ice cream shop as well. My wife and I made it a point to interact with the staff and the "love" was returned. We look forward to visiting again some day soon! "

"Ocean Eden Bay Was the best all around for Me. I give them a 10, They made My 50th Birthday remarkable, rememberal and Top Tier!! I Salute All the Staff They were the extreme Best.. Called and checked on Me Everyday to make sure I had what I wanted and needed, I Appreciate Everyone that's apart of Ocean Eden Bay, and Springs!!! I will be returning with the whole family!!!"

"We loved the nightly entertainment and how friendly the entertainers were!!!! The property was so clean and managed so well. Staff were very friendly and seemed very happy!!! We loved the food and drinks. Our oceanfront room was wonderful. The activities were fun for the whole family. We felt very safe and at home at this location. We will be back at RIU Palace Aquarelle."

"Staff was very friendly and management checked in on us. The only problem we had was all week our room kept getting skipped over for a cleaning. Our dirty towels were towering. We did have the green button on for “open” instead of the red but somehow we were overlooked. We got towels right away when I called and management was willing to help. Overall very clean, quiet, good food, and entertainment was nice. Best part was the ocean and the private beach where you didn’t have to worry about leaving your items by your beach chair and walking away. We loved it!! "
