"Room was clean & warm ready considering the weather was very cold outside. Front Desk gentleman was really friendly, interactive in conversation with me and helpful. I plan on visiting family/friends in the area a will plan to stay here again. Economical & good place to stay the night. "

"The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Not a negative but the room with commode and shower was very small. Breakfast was wonderful. Biscuits and gravy were my favorite. The staff were very helpful and polite. If we’re ever in this area again will most definitely stay here. "

"Our stay here was cozy and relaxing! Waking up to the sight of Longhorn cattle grazing in the field and the general landscape is just beautiful and calming. The farmhouse had everything we needed and was nice and warm when the cold front hit! Thw host was very easy to work with and very communicative. The location is perfect and within minutes of food, gas, grocery stores, and just about anything else you need while still maintaining the country charm. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! "
