The property was very conveniently located. I was able to check in very easily. The people they were friendly, helpful, and Curtiss. The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. Check out was very quick, and the breakfast was very good.

The price was the only think ok with this property. It was cleaned, I can tell the sheets were washed, staff was nice and attentive. The room smelled as if someone had smoked in it. The sheets smelled like they were properly washed, but had holes in them, from cigarette burns. Not a great place to stay, but at least we slept.

The facility is older, loose tiles in the bathroom and it smelled like cigarette smoke. But the linens were clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Inconvenience

Bed was comfortable, and slept good. Every day I come back from visiting my family, I had to get my key reprogrammed, and the last two nights they didn’t want to Leave coffee packets for the morning, I am up around 2 & 3 in the mornings, and no place is open that early with coffee. I got some the first time I noticed before bed, my last night I just had them reprogram my key, grabbed my things left! I got coffee at home, I’ll never stay there again.

Check-in difficulties, but nice room

Check-in was a nightmare. Even though I had booked and paid for the room, the person working the desk said he had no reservation for me. We arrived at the hotel at 3:10 p.m., but were not checked in until 4:15 p.m. It is only when the clerk actually talked to a hotels.com representative on the phone that our reservation magically appeared. Very frustrating. The room itself was very nice. It could have used a more thorough sweeping of the floor, but everything else was clean and well set up. There was a refrigerator and microwave available for use.

This location is one of the lowest quality "Quality Inn" that I have ever experienced. Upon check-in I was informed that there was no cable, that was strike one. I was then surprised to find that my room was not secured as it was unlocked, and door cracked open upon arrival. The room itself was dirty, had bugs, looked like no one had cleaned the tub, the safety lock at the top of the door was broken off and for a non-smoking room it reeked of cigarettes (and don't get me started about the "Ladies of the night" that was just hanging around). I requested a new room and to my surprise it was worse off than the one I was originally given. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again; I would rather travel an hour back and forth from some other area that I know is a safe and decent hotel.

Dirty room, dirty bed, Horrible how can they say this is a clean room ready for a guest? The lady in the office was nice but slow. Switched us to a different room, that was similar. The sheets were stained.
