"Our A/C was intermittent. We ran out of tissues. they only clean rooms every other day."

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances. "

"So wonderful in nearly every way. Food was meh. Bathroom has no fan so towels didn’t dry fully. Other than that it’s beautiful, clean, perfect location "

"Perfect location. Lovely lobby. Very noisy. The trains are near and loud. The mattresses are hard as concrete."

"We stayed here for our wedding, and it was perfect. It felt like such a sweet little getaway, but gave us ample space for wedding prep (we even managed for me to get my hair and makeup done while my now husband was still in the house without him seeing me!). José was an excellent host, and he and his wife were very kind about my parents trying to deliver wedding items to the main house. It was located for our various wedding activities and food/errands. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for our wedding weekend!"

"One positive is the communication response time was very good when we had problems. But the door code did not work, the AC did not work, the toilet could not pass a simple building inspection - too close to wall - could not sit down on toilet facing forward without banging arm against the wall and knees could not fit in front either?!!! I am only 5'9" tall- NOT a big person. Also, toilet is too low- 13" off the floor."

"I really don’t like to post negative reviews but there was so much that was problematic. Starting with shower glass door was off hinge, the front door screen locked and unable to get in. Lots and pans were dirty and old. No sidewalk around the house. To top offf, not the hosts fault, but there was a murder suspect who had fled to neighbors house and police bullhorn was blaring from 2 to 5 in the morning causing no sleep. And police asking me to flee the building from 9 am to 12. "

"Stay was great but there was lack of transparency about parking charges and billing for room I had AARP that was not accommodated because of on line booking Impossible to find room rate prior to checkout"
