About this property

Comfortable 80 m2 self-contained studio, 10 minutes from the sea.

  • This old village barn has recently been converted to offer you all the modern comforts. Above a garage that can accommodate motorcycles and bicycles, a large cathedral room opens onto the church square. It includes a living/dining room with TV connected to Wifi and an ultra-equipped kitchen. On the mezzanine, the small room hides its 160 cm bed behind curtains. There is access to a roof terrace not overlooked. Essential shops are 100 m away on foot, the city centre of Perpignan is a quarter of an hour away by car and Spain is half an hour away. Catalonia offers you its landscapes, long sandy beaches or rocky coves, mountains and remarkable heritage sites. This is where André and Caroline, in love with their region, will be happy to give you advice for an authentic stay.
