"This rental met our needs for a spring training weekend. It was clean, the kitchen had what we needed, the bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. And the price was right.But as other reviews stated this house has a lot of potential much of which is cosmetic. A fresh coat of paint, bedroom ceiling repairs, ceiling vent repairs and fixing the floating swimming pool light would be helpful.
