"Terrible, la atención del personal lo peor; no se respetó la reservación.
El personal de manera sumamente grosera ni siquiera quizo recibirnos, dijeron que no había reservación, al decirle que llevábamos la reservación realizada en Expedia, intentaron excusarse diciendo que los de Expedia eran los culpables de lo ocurrido

"The television did not come on, even after I replaced the remote batteries. Every flat surface had cigarette burns on it. Furniture had multiple rips and holes. It's a by the hour flop house on the wrong side of town and doesn't belong in your portfolio."
