Just below the roof, Le Loft Bleu has always been a peaceful, open-plan 110 m² retreat overlooking the landscape, reserved for wedding nights. It also welcomes small families with 1 or 2 children, or friends passing through: an enclosed bedroom was added to this spacious, beautiful loft after many requests from small families.



With windows on three sides and late-20th-century furnishings, it is flooded with light, overlooking the valley, villages near and far, and the tiled roofs of Cordes below.



It is also part of a building that, at certain times, hosts groups of up to 26 friends or relatives and offers leisure facilities. When let separately to 2 or 3 tenants, everyone can enjoy the pool, pétanque court (boules provided), games and exercise room (2 table tennis tables, a pool table and other equipment, including fitness equipment)—facilities rarely found even in a 110 m² home.



Lively Cordes-sur-Ciel offers a wealth of activities year-round. Though intended for its active local community, they are also open to visitors.



Another advantage: the owner lives on site in a separate, self-contained space, ensuring discretion while remaining available for any questions or problems.



Finally, the garden is more countryside than formal Le Nôtre design, with abundant fruit. With cupboards overflowing with jars of jam for years, guests can help themselves freely when apples, figs, cherries, pears, plums, walnuts, blackberries and even dandelions are in season.
