The hotel has a weird policy where if you go out you have to leave the key at reception which we have never encountered anywhere in the world. There is no safe in the room so we were taking our valuables everywhere with us as it felt very strange that we didn’t have a key to the room with our belongings in it and no safe to put them in, only a cupboard. "Even the ‘Superior’ room has maintenance issues. Bathroom sink was partially clogged, shower box doesn’t hold the shower water - the bathroom gets very wet. Besides, I can’t believe they are not offering face towels to save costs…"
