"Just perfect for our needs. House is well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms are clean, very comfortable and fully updated. Downstairs is perfect for gaming and tv watching but we didn’t use it as much as we had hoped. Home is perfectly located for the local breweries and wineries and we enjoyed this area better than we ever expected. We thought we would be spending more time around Leesburg but this was a much more appealing location with more to offer. Have to make the 10 mile trip to Dirt Farm Brewing. Next time we hope to get in the hot tub. Just ran out of time! Thanks again."

"We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, staying in the Peacock Room. The house is gorgeous with beautiful things to look at and sumptuous nooks to pause in. We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day. Just a few minutes away, we ate dinner at Train to Mumbai - such good food we ordered dishes to take away and enjoy further along our travel. I sincerely hope we have the chance to visit again next year."

"Wonderful Family Retreat in PurcellvilleOur three-generation family of twelve stayed here in July, and it was the perfect home base for our time together. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the layout worked great for both quiet time and group gatherings.The large yard was a favorite — perfect for yard games and relaxing- as long as we limited it to mornings and evenings as July is hot in VA :). We even spotted deer a few times, which added a magical touch to our stay.When something unexpectedly broke on the 4th of July, we were so impressed that—even on a holiday—the owner responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of right away. "Every part of this trip was surprisingly delightful…from the long, gravel, road through the most beautiful farms to the treehouse. My husband and I felt so comfortable here.
