"I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc...
So finally I was given another room which was of a lower category and since apparently it was vacated by another guest a short while ago, it was not even cleaned up properly. The facilities like...
"This hotel is booking jungle safaris and looting people as their safari drivers are horrible, dinner is fine but breakfast is bad though the food staff is courteous but the reception staff is clueless. Rooms are spacious but services are poor."
