Un petit coin de paradis .!!!

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné dans cette residence , du 29 au 4 août 2017 . Une location comme on aime , calme, soignée, propre, familial , Marlene a était très accueillante et de bon conseilles . Nous avons agréablement bien dormi, même dans le coin salon avec climatisation et un superbe vue sur la plage de bodri.!! Un couché de soleil " magique " Se coucher et se lever avec cette vu ! Ouaouh .!! Ce qui est de la plage , seulement à quelque minutes à pied , extraordinaire , sable blanc et une eau bleu . " un petit coin de paradis " Une residence très bien placé niveau géographique, la proximité est belle , l'île rousse à 5 Minutes , Calvi 30 Minutes, algajola, les rivières et départs de randonnées, Franchement !! on en oubli mais pour une deuxième fois en Corse nous avons aimé et penssont déjà revenir . Viva corsica.! Merci Marlene .! Fabienne, stella, stephane, happy ouaff.

Description et situation de la location assez précises. Très calme. Equipements suffisants, même pour les petits, lave vaisselle bienvenu. Location propre et bien entretenue, y compris le jardin. Propriétaire attentionnée et de bons conseils, parfaitement à l'écoute depuis le premier contact. Nous recommanderons cette location à nos amis. Nous avons apprécié les pizzas et desserts du charmant restaurant tout près "la vieille gare". Très belles ballades à pied sur le littoral. Vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil chaque jour différente, très relaxante. La simplicité d'accès à la mer par le jardin puis par un sentier souvent ombragé très agréable. Le point d'eau dans le jardin pour se rincer au retour de la plage très pratique. Ce séjour a tout à fait correspondu à notre attente et nous a permis de totalement déconnecter. Nous n'avons qu'une envie revenir.

We loved our stay! This little box is not big enough to write about how much we enjoyed our stay in the Balagne.. Corsica has so much to offer we have to go back! The apartment was a little cramped for a family of 4, luckily there is plenty to do outside.

Perfekte, ruhige Lage

Gigantischer Blick auf den wunderschönen Strand Ghjunchitu (oder so ähnlich). Zur Nebensaison hatten wir diesen weitestgehend für uns alleine. Zum Windsurfen ist dieser Strand je nach Wind- und Wellenrichtung nicht ideal aber ganz ok. Windgeschützte Stellen gibt es je nach Windrichtung am Ende der beiden Strände. War so auch bei Wind mit Kind ok. Wenige Minuten Fußweg zur Bahnstation "Bodri" und nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zum Riesen-Supermarkt E.Leclerc. Der direkte Weg zum Strand ist mit Kinderwagen nur schwierig befahrbar, weil z.T. nur ein Trampelpfad vorhanden ist und die Gleise überquert werden müssen. Die Appartments selber sind einfach aber komplett ausgestattet mit eigentlich allem was man benötigten kann, bis zum Toaster, Espressokanne etc. Babybett und Babystuhl gab es ebenfalls von der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin gestellt. Der Ausblick von dem großen Balkon auf den Sonnenuntergang ist traumhaft. Absolut und ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen (wir wollten eigentlich nur 1 Woche bleiben, es wurden aber 2 daraus).

Phantastischer Meerblick, Natur pur

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, sehr erholsam,gepflegte Räume,phantastischer Meerblick freundliche Vermieterin,der Sandstrand leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir konnten jeden Tag im türkisfarbenen Meer baden.Mit dem Auto Ausflüge in die Balagne oder nach Calvi machen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal in der Residence Roc e mare C. und A. Paar 50+

appartement très agréable avec vue sur la mer

De très belles ballades à pied le long de la mer jusqu'à l'Ile Rousse, avec des plages de sable fin. En couple avec ou sans enfant ou avec un compagnon à 4 pattes, un joli jardin fleuri vous attend et la propriétaire est très attentive à vos besoins. De préférence être avec une voiture pour la visite touristique de la région et à 5 minute en voiture de l'Ile Rousse et d'un grand magasin Leclerc. A l'Ile Rousse, marché tous les matins et de bon restos! et glaces ou coktails avec vue sur la mer., ainsi que son port ou nous avons débarqué. Les Agriates sont tout près, ainsi que St Florent et également le jardin botanique de Salecia, sans oublier Calvi, beaucoup de belles choses, vacances inoubliables

wunderbar merveilleux

Uns hat diese wohnung sehr gut gefallen! Selbst in diesem ungewöhnlich kalten Mai haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, dank der wunderbaren Aussicht vom Balkon über unverbaute Landschaft zum nahen Meer. Auch die freundliche Besitzerin Marlène hat uns gut versorgt ( zum Beispiel mit Heizung). Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen. Nous avons très bien aimés cettte location. .La vue du balcon est extraordinaire et la propriétaire Marlène très gentile. Nous aimerons bien revenir!

Très belle location avec une magnifique vue sur la mer,un calme royal,une tranquilité totale pour se rendre à la plage située à quelques mètres après avoir traversé une pinède remplie d'odeurs de plantes, d'arbres. Un vrai rêve pour ce site qui permet de découvrir le nord de la corse sans problème. Résidence très bien conçue avec un accueil exceptionnel de la propriétaire qui se soucie essentiellement du confort et de la bonne installation des locataires, les problèmes financiers ne se règlant que beaucoup plus tard.Site idéal pour un footing matinal car il y a plein de sentiers au bord de la mer. Que du bonheur pour notre premier séjour en corse ou le stress n'existe pas... nous y retournerons, c'est sûr; merci marlène et continuez ainsi

Lieu enchanteur dont on rêve tout l'hiver!

Roc e mare, où nous venons depuis plusieurs années, est vraiment un lieu paradisiaque, en pleine nature, totalement dépaysant. La plage, à 3 minutes à pied, est très belle, sable fin et eau transparente. On y accède, sous le ciel bleu et le soleil, par un chemin où les plantes méditerranéennes nous enchantent par leurs parfums et leurs couleurs magnifiques. L'appartement est clair et fonctionnel, quel plaisir de manger sur la petite terrasse face à la mer!...et la nuit, s'endormir bercé par le bruit des vagues est un vrai bonheur. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui est une dame charmante, accueillante et disponible, tout en restant discrète. Aucun souci pour les courses, il y a un centre commercial à 5 minutes en voiture, et la ville, animée avec son marché de produits locaux tous les matins, boutiques, restaurants en plein air est à 8 minutes. Bref, on en rêve tout l'hiver, et on n'a qu'une idée: y revenir!

Propriétaire adorable et appartement extra

Nous avons loué un appartement durant 10 jours au mois de mai. Nous étions qu'à quelques mètres d'une superbe plage, très facile d'accès. La résidence est calme et très bien localisée. Marlène, la propriétaire, est très accueillante et très sympa. L'Ile Rousse est très bien localisée pour visiter le nord de l'Ile. Bref, à recommander !!!!

De très belles vacances

J'ai passé de bien agréables vacances dans un appartement pratique et clair, au calme dans un grand jardin, la mer à rien du tout à pied. Aucune route à traverser pour y aller. Marlène est adorable et très accueillante ( elle est venue me chercher le jour de mon arrivée:je m'étais égarée en chemin!) Elle vous conseille aussi avec gentillesse pour la découverte de la région. Le tout avec le sourire. Vraiment un très beau séjour.

nous avons été reçu par Marlène d'Oriano, une dame exceptionnelle, gentille, serviable et de très bon conseil pour les visites aux alentours, ainsi que pour les bonnes adresses de rerstaurant. la résidence est super avec une vue imprenable, un calme sans égal, une plage magnifique tranquille et facile d'accès. Un vrai bonheur !!!!!! une location que nous conseillons fortement...... Vivement l'année prochaine!!!!!

Un coin de paradis de la Corse

Vue exceptionnelle avec toutes les saveurs de la terre et de la mer, l plage à ces pieds ( avec surtout beaucoup d'espace entre chaque serviette). Vous découvrirez le vrai sens de l'hospitalité Corse avec Marlène. Très bonne qualité des appartements avec superbe terrasse, bonne qualité de prestations facilité de stationnement. Y gouter c'est la garantie d'y revenir. Marlène merci pour tout.

Thank you Roc e Mare!!!

Me and my family had the pleasure to spend a lovely week at Roc e Mare in June 2011. We thought the apartment was bright, clean, practical, with a large balcony and a view to die for! Our host was most helpful and we felt very well looked after. The residence has an access to a beautiful beach and in the area there are lovely paths for walks. All in all, we had a great week and would love to be back next time we are in Corsica. We would highly recommend Roc e Mare to anyone! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday! Piotr

Un posto meraviglioso, una tramonto mozzafiatto

Siamo stati accolti cordialmente dalla proprietaria, la quale abita nello stesso complesso. Lei si è interessata durante le due bellissime settimane che abbiamo passato qui più volte se stiamo bene e se tutto è di nostro gradimento. Il posto è veramente bellissimo e tranquillo. Nel giardino lettini prendisole e tavoli sedie per fare una grigliata in compagnia. Mentre ci siamo goduti un aperitivo, abbiamo ammirato quasi tutte le sere il tramonto bellissimo dal balcond del nostro Studio. A 200 m dalla spiaggia con acqua limpidissima e a 5 min. d'auto dal centro di L'ile Rousse 30 min. da Calvi, il posto è ideale per quasi tutte le persone. Durantae il nostro soggiorno dal 28. agosto al 11.settembre 2010 tutte le famiglie presenti erano rispettosi delle altre e si stava davvero da dio. Per chi predilige la bici, i paesini in collina ti chiamano tutte le mattine per un ulteriore giro con vista bellissima tra L'Ile Rousse e Calvi. Si potrebbe dire ancora tanto, andate a vedere e non vene pentirete. PS. Cani sono ammessi, anche una delle due spiaggie d'avanti al complesso (quella sinistra). Anche qui, tutti proprietari rispettosi degli altri, con cani al quinzaglio o sotto stretto controllo. Saluti Jürg
