Modern House near the Downtown Heated Pool Pet Friendly Whirlpool Spa Playroom

Situated a 3-minute drive from Coral Springs downtown, the house is close to supermarkets, dining, stores, and more. This peaceful retreat offers our guests all the privacy, they require with plenty of space to unwind. The thoughtfully designed villa blends easily with the tropical environment. The minimalist interior uses materials such as wood floors, neutral tiles, and white linen, for a fresh and luxurious ambience.

The living-room is furnished with sectional sofas to seat 8 guests comfortable and a 75" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. A fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, direct access to the dining area that seats 10, breakfast counter with high chairs, a separated sitting area to relax and a modern office space that accommodates two working persons comfortably. The four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two of them are en-suite.

Kitchen: All stainless-steel, brand-new appliances including a wine fridge. Small appliances include a Keurig K-Express and a regular coffee maker, blender, Belgian waffle maker, electric can opener, tea kettle, a digital toaster, and more.

Dining area: Very open and bright space. Comfortably seats 10 guests.

Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms, two en-suite, each with its own TV.

Master Bedroom - King size bed, en-suite modern bathroom with European rain shower and jetted spa, dual separated vanities, sitting area, 65" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a walk-in-closet. Natural materials such as wood, sea-grass area rug, and a neutral color palette.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with rain shower and anti-fog LED mirror, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a closet. Natural materials such as wood, sea-grass area rug, and a natural color.

Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a walk-in-closet. Single arm chair to watch TV.

Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, closet, very bright.


Bathroom 3 - A modern bathroom with a shower, vanity, and a towel closet.

Backyard: Fully fenced for security, BBQ area with a propane gas grill, sitting area for 8, lounge chairs, sofas, and coffee table. The house is pet friendly!!

Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer, plenty of cabinets, utility sink, and iron & iron board.

Play-Room/ Garage: Ping-Pong Table, Dart Board, and more. Beach equipment is provided including umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cooler and sand toys. Parking in the garage is not permitted.

Security System: The house has surveillance cameras and is 24 hs monitored. In addition, the house has fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and certified fire extinguishers. A landline is provided for emergencies.

A vacation rental agreement is required to sign two weeks prior of check-in. Driver License and/or Passport is required for identification purposes.

Lovely Home

This property is exactly as listed. The rooms are generous, beds are comfortable layout for large group is excellent. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware and appliances. There are no spices, foil, etc if. cooking is your intention. The highlight is the pool. It is heated to a very comfortable temperature. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is safe, clean and convenient to everything you could need… supermarkets, restaurants, big box stores. I highly recommend this property.

Great place

The house is beautiful. Great location near restaurants, shopping, and groceries. A wonderful (and free) park is very close with children splash pad, playground, basketball court, pickle ball, rollerblading/bike court, and baseball. The host and staff are great.

Incredible property! Incredible hosts! It was just so hot in the house. We could never get it below 76 during the day and only after midnight did it get to 74. Beautiful home. No fans, so bring your fans! Otherwise, they have everything!! They were easy to communicate with!

The house was great for our needs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the grill provided an additional cooking option. The wine fridge does not get cold. The pool was refreshing for afternoon and evening swims and the noodles provided were great for floating. The AC for the main part of the house doesn’t keep up well with the summer heat- we read from prior comments to bring fans and that certainly helped. The floor in the living room (by the desks) is warped and needs to be fixed. WiFi and the two desks were great for flexible working spaces. The master bath is large with plenty of storage space. However, the master toilet after flushing took a very long time to refill. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks. Quick access to main roads.
