It was truly paradise for both us and our kids - ages 4, 6, 8 to have access to a free water park, be 2 blocks from the beach and a short ride to Clearwater. "Very comfortable. Could use dish cloth and kitchen towels. Bill was very friendly and helpful. Clean, quite. If there was a sun screen on the end of Unit 3 it would be more comfortable sitting out in the morning. We will definitely book here again on our next visit, if available."

"Beautiful home and location. Just over the dune and there was the beautiful gulf. Very relaxing and beds were so comfortable. Jeff was very quick to respond to our little ac problem and the maintenance fella made sure we new what was going on and he took care of us. Highly recommend this beach vacation!"

Place is nicely decorated & clean ans well as centrally located. Our friends stayed at the Holiday Inn, Harborside in Indian Shores just about a mile away and our place was much nicer. They offered every amenity we needed with the exception of an iron and ironing board - but the listing didn’t state it would be available. Just mentioning this so you can...

"This complex and condo are a great place to stay. The condo is updated with a great shower and the king size bed is SO comfortable. I also like that all access is code-based, so we don't have to carry keys with us. The pool deck is especially nice - large and a wonderful view of the beach and gulf."

"Everything about our stay was good. The only negative comment would be the number of steps. To access the condo you needed to go up 2 flights of steps. Once inside there is another flight of steps to get to bedrooms. Since I have back issues the steps presented a problem. The location was fantastic.
