"Front desk staff friendly. However, I was not told when assigned my room that is was across from the laundry. People were in the laundry past 10;30pm and I could clearly hear them. Also the sink in the bathroom did not drain! Gross. I got water on the floor when I turned on shower and when I wiped it up with a towel the towel was dirty. Clearly floor had not been cleaned."

"The Staff was fantastic! The property could use a good cleaning. The room was a bit worn and maintained. You have excellent Staff, but the property needs a good Manager to keep up on daily functions. The towels and bedding was soft and looked great. The tub drain was rusty and needs chaulking.The mirror frame needs some TLC. The price point was too high."

"The room was clean when checking in. We were staying 4 nights. After 3rd I asked housekeeping to clean bathroom and stock towels and make beds. Towels were stocked and beds were made (found a sock under the covers but it was mine) but they did not clean the bathroom. The breakfast was okay. Staff was nice. Hotel seems outdated. Hot tub was not operational. Pool was nice. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton. This time in Grand Blanc Michigan. Room clean; however, some mildew in the shower could have been cleaned better. Breakfast had great selection and staff provided anything we asked for. The front desk and all other staff very friendly and attentive. Will book again. Overall, highly recommend."

"The rooms were very clean and nice space. The staff was very friendly the lady at the breakfast bar was helping my son pick out apples she was so patiently and polite I believe she said her name was Barb. I love the lights throughout the halls. This was a very pleasant stay."
