Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Vacasa office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. from the beginning trying to find correct un-addressed building, poorly identified underground parking location, elevators out (for months we've been told), no parking pass, no window blind-in only window, poorly lit bathroom, run down buildings, but great location.............

Good location, the elevator was broke so had to use the stairs. They indicated this was a long-term outage, no hot water one day, no window covering so you had no privacy.

Comfortable beds and great location, but...

Four of us recently stayed in this unit, which is located right in the heart of Copper Mountain village. Check in was seamless and easy. We chose this unit because we needed at least three beds for our group (this unit has four), and wanted something centrally located since we didn't have a car to get around. The unit was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable, but it is essentially a hotel room with an extra set of bunk beds put along one wall. There was a coffee maker, but no cups or glasses in the unit, so we had to drink from our water bottles.

Very dated — in need of repair and upkeep

We arrived and I texted to grab the car pass to the property group—took them over an hour to respond. We get into the room to a horrible stench, food was left in the barely working fridge. My husband took it and the trash that wasn’t emptied out. We tried the TV—didn’t work and remote batteries dead. The charger for phones, extremely finicky. The beds (3) all wobbled with the slightest touch and the comforters had stains on them. The carpet was similarly stained. Overall, the location was amazing. The property is gouging customers due to lack of available rental options around and that’s clear given the state of the place. My hope is that Copper introduces more options forcing these condos to provide bare minimum cleanliness and working devices.

Great location! Nice spot to walk to village and lifts. It was nice for our family of 5 to have comfortable space to sleep.
