Rattenboxen vor der Tür, unzureichende Kommunikation
Für einen Städtetrip gebucht, die Lage der Wohnung zentral und top, aber: Die Wohnung hatte nur einen Raum, das Schlafzimmer war eine Art Hochbett auf einer Empore, vor der Tür begrüßten uns drei Rattenköderboxen, die Tür zur Wohnung ließ sich nicht öffnen, auf dreimalige tel. Nachfrage in der Hotline, die in der Buchungsmail stand, hieß es, man müsse den Finger zwischen Sonde und Schloss legen, um elektr. Kontakt herzustellen, die Wohnung selbst eher ungepflegt und schmuddelig, zu diesem Preis nicht akzeptabel. Wir sind eher abgereist und werden diesen Anbieter nie wieder wählen.
