Expectations were not fulfilled

We didn't get the room we expected from the photos. Receptionist never got back to us with a solution as she promised. The decor was shabby and there was damage on walls. Too bad in such a great space. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. We made the best of it and had a good stay. Location is close to the city center, a parking house, and good restaurants which was what we wanted, but this convenience came with very loud city noise due to its central location.

Its a great starting point for a city break. The room was clean, the kitchen needs a quick refresh, but is ok to prepare your morning coffee or tea. The shower in our room was not really useful, but they provided clean towels daily. It was a great value in Copenhagen Center. I would recommend for short term visits, got the perfect location for a city break.

Mere et bed and breakfast sted med noget begrænset åbningstid i receptionen, fint fælles køkken (lidt hostel agtigt), men gode, praktiske og behagelig værelser, fin service når der er åben.

Overraskende oplevelse

Jeg er handicappet, som jeg også oplyste ved reservation. Så da jeg ankommer receptionen ved 13.00 tiden og der er lukket selvom der står den åbner kl. 10.00. Der er et telefonnummer, men der bliver ikke svaret. En beboer fortæller at der er et te-køkken hvor jeg kan vente. Der er elevator, men den stopper mellem etagerne, så enten skal man gå en trappe op eller ned for at komme til sin etage. Lidt besværligt når man skal slæbe både sin bagage og en rollator. Der er fælles bad og toilet, men jeg fik en etage for mig selv, så jeg skulle ikke vente på nogen. Personalet (der alle havde været oppe på femte sal) er meget søde og hjælpsomme. Hotellet er meget rent. Sengene sover man helt fantastisk i. Neden under hotellet er der en kaffebar der hedder Flexitar, her kan man få lækker gourmet kaffe. Deres cappuccino er nærmest et kunstværk. Virkelig et besøg værd.

Average and ok!

+ Comfy bed if you like a bit harder bed + Great location, close to everything + Nice staff - Ice cold floor in bathroom - Bathroom door had the locking mechanism on the outside only on the bathroom door. (No lock from the inside) Nice failure when building the room I guess? - We heard everyone walking and talking in the stairs and some club music that goes on to 24:00. - No shampoo in the shower. Overall it's a cosy and ok hotel where you can rest before going out again, it's good for sleeping after (24:00) but you don't stick around for that long, but that's what hotels are for in my opinion.

I don’t want to write a review.

The hotel is on a major street and a prime spot for walking around. Great value for money. Bed a little stiff, and I could see the single bathroom on the floor being an issue for some. Staff weren’t hostile but not entirely welcoming either, which is also fine. Basically it’s a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for, so just be sure you’re paying for something you want.

Ihan ok huone - vanha rakennus

Hotelli vastasi 2 tähden standardeja. Huone oli sinänsä siisti mutta lattimatto oli ainakin itselleni allergisoiva. Rakennus on vanha ja hieman rapistunut. Jos saa huoneen halvalla eikä tarvitse muuta kuin paikan nukkua, tämä hotelli on ihan ok.

Trevlig personal, mycket prisvärt

Hotellet var toppen! centralt och med väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Min enda anmärkning är att det inte var toa inne på rummet. Den låg nämligen två dörrar ner i korridoren (dock var den personlig för mig).

Ok hotel med fin,fin beliggenhed. Alt var I orden. Vi tog dette hotel, fordi vi skulle besøge Det ny Teater. Der var det, vi skulle bruge : To gode senge og et badeværelse. Lidt "gammelt", men rent og pænt.

Fik ikke at vide hvor køkkenet var - fandt det ikke. Ingen tryk på bruseren, så vanskeligt at bade. Meget dårlig belysning. Intet tv. Kun et håndklæde per mand.
