Grei leilighet med veldig bra beliggenhet. Da vi ankom var det ikke noe rom til oppbevaring av bagasje (slik vi hadde fått beskjed om). Heldigvis var leiligheten ledig. Det manglet litt forskjellig (sengetøy, såpe, toalettpapir), men de var raske med å ordne opp likevel. Det var også forvirrende at de oppga ulike tidspunkt for innsjekk/utsjekk og vaskerutiner i mailene før ankomst.

暗証番号が３つ送られてきますが，門がなかなか開きません。出てくる人がいたのでは入れました。 部屋は５階でエレベーターはありません。階段は木製で擦り減っていてとてもこわいです。 ２階くらいまではとても荷物を持って上がるのは難しいです。部屋の改装をしているようですが こちらは早急に直した方がいいと思います。 冷蔵庫の中に使いかけの野菜果物、飲みかけのワインジュースなどが入っていた。 冷凍庫は霜と保冷剤でいっぱい。床は傾いているし、クローゼットの中には開けて捨てていった封筒など、洗面台の下のドアを開けると使ったかどうかわからないタオル。 テラスに出ると非常階段直結、このドア（部屋からテラス）に鍵はなし。 いろいろ考えて利便性を優先するならどうぞ

Centrally located small, clean. safe apartment close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and major Copenhagen attractions. Can be noisy on weekends, however that is the tradeoff for the excellent location.

The studio is nicely located in the city centre in an - at least for these two nights - silent area. It takes not more than 15min to Noorebro station by feet. No public transport is needed visiting the touristic highlights. The studio is well equipped with everything you need to prepare for cooking. In general the studio is not as shiny as it appears in the advertising. My first impression was a stale. This leads me to have a closer look showing dust cumulating beneath the bed and the couch but also on the wooden bars at the room ceiling. The board comprising the fridge not have been cleaned on top for a while. Dust also plugs the ventilators in the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom is not up-to-date. I couldn't switch on the light and some installation are poorly fixed to the wall. The toilet seat snap shuts when sitting. Additional bed lining etc was simply placed on the couch. My biggest concern is the hiding of costs booking via Expedia. BE AWARE that there is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for cleaning ofthe studio of 500 DKK!! This appeared not(!) in the bold calculation of costs on the receipt, but just in the small text below. I failed to see this xtra charge and recognized it not before checking the transfer on my credit account. Asking HABITAT Collection for cancelation of the booking was not granted because of No-cancellation-policy. Nevertheless I received a number of emails concerning a pleasent stay.

Jamás me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar, sucio, no tienes las condiciones para que las personas se hospeden y había mucho calor, además había mucho ruido porque enfrente hay un bar que la gente salía borracha del lugar. La maletas les cuesta trabajo manejarlas porque la calle está rota. No limpiaron el cuarto todos los días. La regadera estaba rota y no te dejan jabón de baño, ni shampoo, no dejan tapete de baño y la cortina estaba rota. En la página dice que tienen para guardar maletas y no tienen lugar. Esta encuesta no me dejó subir las fotos para mostrar las condiciones que describo. Me sentí engañado por las fotos que presentan en la página.

Ekstremt sentralt. Alt var godt beskrevet fra utleier. Rask og god service på mail. Alt fungerte i forhold til ankomst og utsjekk. Leilighet kunne gjerne hatt besøk av en vaktmester for å fikse ting som var i ferd med å gå i stykker. Sjarmerende og stilig. Burde vært montert noen knagger på badet. Bagasjeoppbevaringsrommet var et godt tilbud, men låsen fungerte ikke. Fiks små ting og stedet vil neste gang få full score :)

När vi kom dit kom vi inte in för koden fungerade inte. Vi fick ringa och det löste sig inom rimlig tid att vi fick hjälp. Vi valde bo i lägenhet försatt kunna fixa mat själva men köket var opraktiskt. Läget på lägenheten var väldigt centralt.

The apartment was outdated and needed a lick of paint and some DIY. The building is old so the apartment was done on the cheap. The flooring is lobsided that the furniture was not balanced. Noise level was unbearable and an alarm was set off 2 nights we were there not sure it was the fire alarm as there was no fire safety information in the building so was a scary wake up. Paid for cleaning services extra and you only get provided 1 set of towels and 1 tea towel. Asked if cleaner was coming in to give clean towels to be told you only get 1 set which was 1 small and 1 medium towel. So had to reuse dirty towels. Not nice

The apartment is in a great location, right in the centre (at night can get noisy though from the surrounding bars). Very well cleaned, with enough space and had all the amenities for our 5 night stay. A great stay!

The entrance was hard to find in the courtyard; I assume the sign fell off the door. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. There was no network television; we look forward to watching local tv when in a new country. Overall, the apartment did not appear as advertised. It was very dusty, with layers of dust on the plastic tree in the bathroom and in the bathroom ducts. Broken paper light fixtures in the main room, cords handing from the ceiling. Neighborhood was beautiful, but the apartment needs some work. Also, I didn’t realize that I was basically booking a by-owner rental through hotels.com. I avoid AirB&B on principle. I thought I was staying at an aparthotel. I don’t like that hotels.com is taking part in this gig economy that artificially inflates rental prices for locals. This is not what I expect from hotels.com.

The flat itself was excellent, quiet, spacious and clean, a very good energy, very well located and kitchenware very comprehensive. That said I can only reccomend it if you get certainty as to where the key to the gate between the street and inner courtyard is. It was not in the flat as promised and the box outside the gate with the keys is impossible to open. Not many people come in and out. Long story short we had hoped to go out in the evening but could not as we had no keys and no idea how we could get back in.
