Great location, very accessible for transit and walking. Room clean, showers clean. Capsule door needed to be open for air flow given humidity and heat, some noise- okay with earplugs. Would stay again!!!

Capsules were comfortable and private. Although, had hard time sleeping due to heat of upper bunk capsule on 4th floor, and due to vibrations of other guests coming into room later in the night. Bar was friendly and enjoyable.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the city centre. There's so many great places to eat and drink while you explore Copenhagen, as well as meeting an amazing diversity of travellers!! The DreamBoks capsules are fantastic, and a great way to have privacy on a budget. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bar has some great deals for drinks! I will absolutely return in the future!!

Just what we needed for one night in Copenhagen. Double capsule in room 513 so was well away from bar noise some previous guests had mentioned. We packed light and fit everything in the capsule with us. Chargers & lights in the pods worked. Loos and showers were clean. All good :)

Brilliant location, onsite bar was great. The keyless system was overly complex to get set up and the app did not work, but we were given a manual code to use instead and that was fine. On our floor there were only three toilets so ended up queuing during the morning rush. However there was a sink in the room. Room was clean, and they offered activities to get involved in. I would stay here again!

The location was excellent. The value was likely reasonable considering the high costs in Copenhagen. Having only one sink for an entire floor of residents is poor design. I lowered my score to reflect that having only one sink for maybe 50 people per floor isn’t sufficient for a shared space. I was content with my stay and appreciate the friendly staff.

This time the private capsule was clean but small as expected with the price. Some noises during the night, but nothing too wild. Downstairs bar and the live music there was great. Good choice if you do not need too much sleeping space and are lucky enough to get a clean capsule. Hostel staff was nice and friendly.

The private capsule was not too clean this time. Some earlier guest had left her trashes under the matress and the cleaner had apparently missed them. Room lock was not working, corridor info screens were broken, shared toilet was missing parts, etc. Nights were cold since windows are kept open in the capsule rooms all the time. The staff was quite nice and relaxed and the bar was fine. Downstairs in the bar there is a chillout room which I found out when leaving and it was too late to try it.

Very good central location to a lot of buses and trains. I slept in a double pod. There’s no storage available in rooms. You have to pay to use lockers daily. Although it is clean, this property doesn’t have a separate lounge outside it’s bar/restaurant. It’s nice and quiet during the day but if you’re just trying to relax or get some work done at night, it can get loud.

Overall, I had a very good stay. Most of the staff were super nice and welcoming, especially the Italian girl who works in the mornings. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was lovely and really stood out. The Wi-Fi was okay, and breakfast was also good, although I think it could be improved a little. Since there aren’t that many options in the buffet, having something simple like eggs would make a big difference and give guests a bit more variety. I stayed in one of the capsules, and my main issue was the ventilation. The capsules are supposed to have silent ventilation, and there was some airflow, but personally I could barely feel it. After a while, it could get quite stuffy inside the capsule, and I would have really appreciated stronger or more effective ventilation. Had I known beforehand, I probably would have brought a small fan with me. You can leave the capsule more open to get some extra airflow, but then you lose quite a bit of privacy. As a woman staying in a mixed room with quite a few men, I didn’t always feel comfortable sleeping with the capsule very open. I think either having stronger ventilation inside each capsule or adding an extra curtain would be a great improvement. That way, you could leave the capsule more open when you need extra airflow while still having some privacy. Apart from that, I had a very good experience. The staff were great, and with a couple of small improvements, the stay would have been better.
