The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and i enjoyed my stay there. Only downside was the shower. I didn’t mind it being close to the toilet. But the shower kept sliding down and it was really annoying. Overall 9/10 experience.

It's ok if you don't mind basic facilities I personally didn't like self check in - after a long journey, being told 'do it yourself ' by someone pointing to a machine was not relaxing. Having said that, other people might be comfortable with that and the room was ok, well located by the metro for both the city and the airport. Affordable too.

It is small, hot, and cramped but I know that comes with the territory. Ask for a fan and if you are on a budget, it is a decent stay. Staff was very sweet and rooms were clean.

This was my second stay here, and this time I stayed with my girlfriend. The location is excellent, very close to the metro, and getting to the city center is very easy, it only takes about 15–20 minutes by metro. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back. The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff, and everything else were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pros: about a 10 min walk to buses and trains (including the train that takes you directly to/from airport and central station). A large mall called Fields is very close which also includes a giant supermarket. Room has all the basics (bed, desk, bathroom) and for Copenhagen, is priced well. Cons: the room is small and bathroom is a wet room where the shower and toilet share one open space (like on a boat). One must squeegee the floor after showering to dry it. As a solo traveler this was okay but would feel cramped for 2 people. It was clean but the pillows smelled odd/sour. There isn’t much else to do or see around that area.

I stay at this hotel twice every year, and I'll be happy to go back again. It's a simple, no-nonsense hotel, clean, with what you need for the night and a great breakfast. Two things I always find a bit annoying in this hotel: 1- at each floor, the door between the lift and the rooms closes very brutally and noisily. It can be bothering at night if your room is near the door, as this goes on throughout the night and the day. 2- when entering the room the first time, all lights turn on as soon as you put your card key in the reader: it seems very nice, but then when you want to go to bed, you can spend a long time finding all the switches to all the individual lights that were turned on by the staff.

It was clean, tidy and near the airport. The downsides are the space is very small, the bathroom and shower are so close together that if you aren’t careful water from the shower will get into the toilet paper and toilet. Though I suppose if you just need a space to sleep, it offers what they say it offers. Lighting in the room can be improved it’s too dim, could do with a few other amenities such as face tissues etc.

Room was clean and well kept. Unfortunately windows were not able to be opened in a meaningful way during a heat wave, so the room was really hot as the hotel does not have AC (it is normally not needed). Also, we requested a room cleaning as required before 10PM and it was not done the next day. It was requested again and then completed the following day.

There are only two plugs in a room. Very difgicult when you hsve 2 phones, hearing aids' medical devices for kegs and tablets to plug in. Breakfast wasmediocre for the money.

Hotel in good location, close to supermarket, a park, and metro/train station. However our stay was not especially comfortable. Room temperature was insanely uncomfortable which meant sleep was very poor. The fan provided did nothing to the heat and a glass panel across the window blocked any type of ventilation. Additionally our television was terrible, took about 15 minutes to come on and then another 15 before you could change the channels or for the sound to come on. The bathroom was very poor, our shower head has not been maintained meaning it kept sliding down to about chest height making washing hair etc difficult as well as it being very slow to heat up. As for staff, we only seen room service so cannot comment on staff in general. Check in and check out was simple enough if not time consuming.

If you haven’t experienced cabinn, it’s basically a no nonsense hotel with cruise ship like rooms with self check in and check out. This property is basic, but clean and well located. There is a huge mall next door and it’s easy to get to with the metro station just a couple of blocks away, There is no ac, so be aware in summer months.

The hotel was very nice and clean, check in was easy and storing my luggage before hand was simple and cheap. Only thing I will say is that the rooms are not too big and the outlets are in slightly inconvenient spots. Overall, for the price, it was a really good hotel and I will be staying again in the future!

Second time staying here as it is a short train ride from the airport. Shopping centre nearby with a giant supermarket if you need anything. My room had a microwave and a fridge. Would be useful if staying for longer.

We are a family of 4. The room we first were given was filthy, garbage still sitting on the shelves and the bathroom reeked of mildew. The staff was very kind and immediately gave us a new room. It was a larger room, but was still really dirty. There were used medicine wrappers on the window sill, toilet paper from cleaning the bathroom around the toilet. It was 3am, our flight was delayed so many times that my family was exhausted and we just made the best of it. I’m sure the staff would have given us another room, but at that point we just wanted to sleep. We checked out early the next morning. I will definitely not stay in this property again. While the staff was very friendly the rooms were so dirty.
