For the price, it is an excellent choice; right there in the downtown and very close to the main railway station. Also tidy and well-kept. However, be aware that there is no reception and they should really fix their electronic check-in system; I didn't receive the keys promised despite online check-in. While everything worked fine as you can call them from the front entrance, I would be hesitant if, e.g., arriving late at night. But otherwise perfect!

Self check in and self checkout was not an issue. No physical person at Hotel to help with any immediate issue. Keep an eye out for homeless people. Towels replaced every other day. You can definitely hear outside noise so don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper. Walls are thin too. Hardest part is the lack of elevator. Had to go 6 flights of narrow staircases with a full size 40lb suitcase and a standard carry-on. And the stairs are not leveled. On going construction during the day. Although, hotel is close to train station and within walking distance to Tivoli Garden and town square. Don’t walk to train or bus with luggage. Cobble stone streets and sidewalks make it very difficult to walk with heavy suitcases. You definitely get what you pay for. I paid $120 a night.
This was a very budget stay, and while the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, that’s about where the positives end.
There were no in-room amenities at all—not even a glass or cup. The TV only works if you hotspot it to your own device, which is quite inconvenient. The worst issue was the main light in the room, which kept turning itself on during the night and disrupted sleep.
There was also a gap under the door, so light from the corridor constantly shone into the room whenever someone walked past. On top of that, being located next to the shared bathroom meant you could clearly hear flushing and running water.
I didn’t pay much, so I wasn’t expecting luxury—but this definitely doesn’t meet the standard of a 3-star property. You really do get what you pay for
What a dive. The serviced apartments were being renovated. My room had its headboard removed and an unpainted area and velcro where that was meant to go. Wooden ramp in lobby upstairs. This should not have been available to book.

Room was clean, staff knocked on my door 3 times for housekeeping even though I was checking out the following day.
The hotel is unstaffed, which was not clear to me at the time of booking

I think there was mold in the shower. One of outlets was blocked by a closet and we had to buy an extension cord to even use the fridge box. We did not see a single member of staff for the entire stay.

Booked a standard double, the bed didn't fit in space with two bedside tables. No bedhead. It was a comfy bed but it was against the wall along one side. The room was clean, except the bathroom was mouldy, a mould covered squeegee was provided to clean the bathroom with. The fan in the bathroom was missing. The stairs are dangerous, they slope to one side and are steep with short treads. There isn't a lift/elevator. The hotel is fully automated; no reception staff, no response to messages via chat. We had to check out, store our luggage at the station, and check back in because we booked a third night on a separate booking. And they don't store luggage. The hotel is part renovated part not. Don't expect fab bathrooms and colourful carpet on every booking. Quite thin windows on the street side so not good of you have jet lag.
Would not recommend! Room pictures are not a clear picture of the room you will be put in during your stay. Don’t expect the safe of tv to work either within the property. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything in the whole building. Bathroom is intact a wet room whereby you soak the bathroom door and water seeps into the bedroom area. Do not book
No staff at hotel, chaotic check-in with pre-check-in online not working for several guests in multiple rooms, necessitating 3 climbs up and down steep steps to 4th floor, remote telephone support from a call-centre with non-Danish speaking person was unhelpful. Heating in room did not work ( it was 5 degrees outside). Gap in the door was so wide (when closed) that during the night, whenever the lights came on in the corridor, a bright beam of light shone on my face, paper-thin walls. Take Cab Inn or similar as an alternative. Just a terrible hotel with råterrible systems and service.

No reception. just a mail in Danisch how to check in. If it was a Lobby is was e a construction site. Room was ok and clean. bath drain did not work. But it got the job done. a bed a shower and private toilet in my room. Others had shared item in the hallwall. location is ok. next to train metro and bus lines. The 7/11 on the corner takes carw of the food abd drinks

Meget tynde dyner, men radiatoren virkede.
