Verbesserungsbedarf bei Novasol

Wohnung und Ausstattung im Allgemeinen gut. Ärgerlich war nur die Bedingung, dass Bettwäsche/Handtücher nur als kostenpflichtiges Extra zu bekommen sind und vor allem, dass dies im 60 km entfernten Service Büro in Gilleleje abzuholen/zurückzugeben ist. An Bahnreisende ist dabei nicht gedacht. Zudem war dieses Service Büro telefonisch zu keiner Zeit erreichbar und es gab auch keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der uns bei Schwierigkeiten mit dem klemmenden Eingangsschloß behilflich gewesen wäre.
