"My partner had stayed here before and loved it so I rebooked for his latest work trip. He was given a tiny attic room as the standard single room. Upon questioning whether this was correct it unfortunately took the hotel 48 hours to respond. Considering they sent me two messages within 24 hours requesting I provide identity details so that they could do a quick check in when he arrived, I had hoped their reply to my message would have been as quick. Great location, too high a price for the room allocated, unacceptable response time."

"Lucas on reception for check-in duty was fabulous - a real wonderful example of excellent customer service. The hotel was gorgeous and the location was super, the only disappointments were that on our check-in, some items in the bathroom hadn’t been refreshed. The toothbrush had been opened from the last visit, the slippers were used (with a second set still in the loop, but had a lipstick stain on), and sadly, one of the robes had a dead fly pressed onto it. We didn’t get breakfast but the food was good all round, as were the servers."

"The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price."

"Hotel Bethel was very nice. Great location. Staff were most helpful. Rooms were just fine. Coffee machine in lobby area was good. They have a room to store your luggage if need be. Highly recommend!"

"First time ever in Copenhagen, and I can tell you was the best, the hotel and the staff were awesome!. I book a double room and we got a gorgeous room with a bay view, the view we have was beautiful, got the opera of Copenhagen building, the bay, gorgeous sunrise. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed. Bathroom had a good size. And you can’t beat the location, just to blocks away from the amalienborg palace. Honestly the only one downside I found is the small size for the lift, besides that it’s the best! I’m surely coming back because I still have lots of things to do and learn from there."
