"Very nice place, nicely done up. We were grateful for the nice bottle of wine but some milk, tea & coffee would have been nice. The smaller bedroom smelt fishy & was really unpleasant. Also the linen was clean but smelt of cigarette smoke. Thank u tho, we had a great time in Belfast."

"Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. Staff were friendly enough - good luck driving to drop off our luggage, it took us 40 mins to find a route that was open. Its best to park at the mall / shopping centre across the river and...

"Pros: Great location, clean, washing machine. Cons: rooms very small, the lift/elevator doesn’t work (and it doesn’t it will work anytime soon), the apartment is on the top, so be prepared to carry your luggage."
