"Nobody at reception to greet me, key box outside. Rooms looked old in my opinion. I had just driven 7 hours to get there, no milk in the room, no shampoo in the room. I booked this as it had a restaurant, when i arrive there was a letter telling me that it was closed and there is a café 5 minutes down the road. after travelling 7 hours that was the last thing i needed to start finding food. You have every opportunity to put this information on the Hotel.Com website that it was closed as i would...
