"the first thing that stuck us was how out of town this type of accommodation is. That applies to all Masseria hotels. The rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard. The rooms are basic and of reasonable size. There are no facilities for making tea/coffee. However, there is a fridge. A small sitting area is outside each room. There is no bar here and the restaurant does not open till 8 pm. the reception can provide wine or coffee. We bought our own beer and kept in in fridge in room....

"i didn't stay in the property because the owner cancelled due to them having covid, but he never refunded my money and VRBO promised to help and process the refund but they never did. And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. "We had a wonderful stay at the Bari Hi Hotel. The hotel staff was absolutely great from the lobby staff to the restaurant staff. The restaurant offered a good varriety at an extremely reasonable price.All areas of the hotel were well appointed and extremely clean. Special thanks to the lobby staff who were extremely helpful and considerate."
