Beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel and good restaurant. Problem with their toilet flushing system, which spoilt things a bit. Nice town, but impossible to get dinner before 20.00, so ate at hotel, which was very good.

We had a lovely stay, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious. I was disappointed by the breakfast. Not really fresh, barely any fruit, staff seemed rude during the breakfast

Perfecte verblijf voor een nacht als je naar de luchthaven moet. Het enigste nadeel was dat er niet echt iets te doen was in Conversano, een beetje ver gelegen van de levendige steden.

Bella struttura a circa 10 minuti di auto da Polignano a mare. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Sicuramente consigliato.

O hotel tem uma construção estranha, vc chega na recepção e tem que subir uma escadaria para acessar ao elevador e ir para os quartos. Tem um elevador para deficientes, mas para mim aquela escada não fez sentido. O café da mesa achei mediano, assim como o restante do hotel. Banho ok. Estacionamento amplo. Cheguei num domingo a tarde, as cidade parecia fantasma, tudo fechado, ninguém na rua, quase me arrependi de ter ficado nela, a noite tudo tomou vida! Fiquei nela como ponto de partida para outras ao redor! Não sei se ficaria novamente, acho que não! Escolheria ficar entre polignano al mare e monopoli, pela logística mesmo!

Pas satisfait du tout, piscine fermé en réparation, spa fermé Aucun effort du personnel pour améliorer le séjour Couloir avec tapisserie arraché et maquette taché Petit déjeuner très léger pour un 4* Surtout ne pas arriver en retard Normalement ouvert de 7 h a 10h mais a partir de 9h15 plus rien et pour avoir du réassort il faut quémander

Eh. Ok.

Check in was great, but after that all contact with service staff was mid. Weird redirection to move tables during breakfast for no reason. Silence when entering and leaving the hotel from front desk staff and absolute silence when checking out. Really bad/weird vibes. Our room was in general clean, but some detail cleaning would have made a huge difference. As offseason, the pool was partially drained. Maybe that’s normal, but the area around the pool needed a deep cleaning and the patio area had no seating so no outside spaces to sit and read/enjoy. Definitely not a welcoming/hang out and relax kinda environment. Maybe just an offseason thing, but wasn’t the best.
