"The room was generally comfortable, but noise levels were a noticeable issue. There was moderate sound transfer between floors—footsteps and movement from above were occasionally audible but not overly disruptive. However, the noise coming through the bathroom was significantly more concerning. Plumbing sounds from adjacent rooms carried very clearly, often loud enough to interrupt sleep or relaxation. It felt as though there was little to no sound insulation in that area, which took away from an otherwise decent stay. I mentioned the issue at checkout, but staff didn’t seem to concerned. If noise sensitivity is a concern, especially at night, this is something to be aware of when booking."

"Overall great experience, lovely staff, clean room , breakfast was included which was a great perk. Only suggestion would be to have the indoor pool warm. It was very cold . "

"Honest review: The pictures make the house look bigger than it actually is. The master bedroom was blocked off, which felt a bit ridiculous given the price we paid. The only way to access the property was through a coded entry that opens directly into a bedroom, which was unusual. The blinds were also tricky—especially for what appears to be a luxury property, you’d expect them to be easier to operate. The beds were not very comfortable, and there were quite a few rules introduced after the booking was made. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price we paid. That said, the pool, hot tub, neighborhood, and views were all 5 stars. Everything else was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5."

"Everything was as advertised. We were quite happy with the accomodation. We were a little irritated with the lock box as it was hung at the top of the door wjichake tje combination hard to see. We are seniors as well and the hall light was not very bright. Everything else was fine. Wasn't thrilled with the curt and condescending replys to our couple of questions Not everyone processes information the same "

"The condo was exactly as advertised. Convenient location. Very clean and well-equipped. Check in was easy. Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely boon again when we are back in Kelowna. "

"The amenities were great however the carpets and hide a bed were fairly dirty. As was the tub. We had to clean the tub before using it. The host was very helpful. Enjoyed the underground parking. "
