"Ein traumhaftes Haus! Der Empfang war so herzlich mit einem Wein aus eigener Herstellung und ein paar selbst gebackenen Keksen, die sehr lecker waren. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Hinten auf dem Hof ist es unglaublich schön, mitten in der Natur, näher geht es nicht! Es waren 2 unvergessene Wochen, wir haben bereits das Haus in unserem Freundeskreis empfohlen. Die Gastgeber sind extrem hilfsbereit, Meg et Gilles Merci "

"This is a very basic hotel next door to a casino and leisure center near Jonzac town. 3 nights here was a long time for how little there is to do, but we were only in the area for proximity to a wedding venue in La Canonerie. This should not be advertised as 4*, the exterior is very run down, our apartment room overlooked the carpark, the balconies are run down, no basic amenities in the room like a hairdryer or iron, no cooked breakfast options just a very simple buffet in the hotel lobby, no restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner, no swimming pool, 1 thin pillow per person in bed, you have to put your own bin liners inside the bins and also dispose of them yourself opposite the carpark. These are not what I’d expect for 4 star accomodation. You can walk into Jonzac town within 15-20 minutes. As an area it is very hard to get taxis so these must be pre booked at least 24hrs in advance."

"We had the most amazing time staying in Estelle’s chateau. She was a brilliant host - giving us a tour of the property including the history - and helped me with ideas for an itinerary for our trip.We had 19 adults and 1 baby stay - the chateau was even better than pictured - incredibly beautiful, all the rooms were clean and well appointed, and the facilities were great for hosting such a large party (kitchen utensils, pool towels, bbq etc.). I also highly recommend doing the wine tour with Estelle as we learned so much from her about tasting and production.I will think of any excuse to come back and do the whole thing again! Thank you again Estelle!"

"Georges et Odile avaient réuni leur petite famille enfants et petits enfants pour fêter les 80 ans de Georges. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end de l'Ascension dans cette grande maison très agréable, spacieuse et propre. Nous avons apprécié la chaleur du poêle dans le coin salon qui fonctionnait à notre arrivée. La partie jardin également spacieuse pour garer les voitures ainsi que le barbecue dont nous nous sommes servis .Les propriétaires sont très gentils et d'une grande souplesse en ce qui concerne les horaires d'arrivée et de départ . Nous conseillons cette location de gites pour passer un agréable séjourMerci a Jean Louis et Anne pour cette grande demeure et cette amabilité qui de ce faite nous a fait passer un séjour super. Je recommande"

"The room was a great size, property was nice and quiet (April 2). Access to the waterpark is wonderful. My only recommendation is for late arrival check-in process to be easier. I was a guest off-season so I understand staffing, svcs, etc. are reduced (official check-in is a two hour window, 5p-7p). "
