"I booked this hotel for 2 nights based on the pretty good review ratings, but got to my room and it looked like the sheets hadn’t been washed. I asked for another room and that one had coke spilled on the night stand and pretty sure no one had vacuumed. The desk clerk helped me clean up the coke. I didn’t sleep well at all, wondering what else in the room hadn’t been cleaned. I was so disappointed that I chose this hotel. On the positive side, the Monday housekeeper came in and the room was spotless for that night and I slept much better. The desk clerks were all pleasant and helpful. If you’re like me and prefer hot coffee, the breakfast bar coffee was very hot and tasted good. "

"Our stay: 1/15 – 1/19/2026Hendersonville Hideaway is amazing, we absolutely loved staying here. This house offers so much and the amenities’ that are offered are so nice and were very much appreciated. The fireplace kept us nice and cozy. Very large den/kitchen combo, we had tons of room to spread out. Bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious. The house is close to everything but just enough outside of town that it is very quiet and peaceful.We will definitely become a yearly renter! "
