"I always like staying at Graduate hotels as they are cozy, thoughtfully designed and have a nice little on-site coffee shop. This one was historic, which gave it more character, and was right in the heart of New Haven. The staff were great but they weren’t always around at the front desk when I needed them. The wifi went out for a bit but they fixed it. The parking situation (at a nearby garage) wasn’t clear but I figured it out."

"Great museums within walking distance. Manager Peggy runs the place really well - staff were super friendly - particularly Raeesa, Katie and Kwan. Coffee service in the morning, newspapers (WSJ, FT, NYT), valer service, gym were all great! "

"The apartment is clean and well set up. It was easy to check in and out. The exterior of the building does not look amazing but we felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The adjacent building was sometimes loud but it did not happen all the time. Overall it worked well for our weekend. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. The beds are really comfortable and everything looked brand new in the interior. Could use some little things like a corkscrew and coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay."
