"I really enjoyed my stay. It's so conviently located near the Yale campus, near Broadway and York.
Definitely waljing distance for most people.
The room was clean, comfortable with a large flatscreen TV which was easy to use to find lical news and weather! So important when you're traveling.
Staff wss most attentive, very helpful and easily understood our needs and requests.
Housingkeeping was excellent. When we asked fir extra service, they provided it with a smile.
They also have a computer terminal near the lobby where I was able to check into my flight AND
print out my boarding pass whuch I prefer to counting on digital ones.
The hotel also has a bar, and an area where you can buy travel size necessities like aspirin.
Also a spot to purchase beverages! Very lovely hotel that anticipates custoners needs. 5/5"
"My recent stay at the Omni New Haven was truly excellent. The hotel reception staff were super helpful and amazing at both check in and checkout, the room was super clean and well appointed and breakfast was delicious. The Omni will be my hotel choice whenever traveling to New Haven."
Charming Historic 2BR Retreat in New Haven – Cozy Stay Near Yale & Downtown!
4/10 Poor
"The unit was okay, not much more. It was exactly like any college apartment experience: old rundown house converted to apartments with thin walls, incredibly creaky floors/stairs, doors that won't close, very torn up driveway with huge potholes, etc. This place seemed to cater more to groups of college aged people looking for a pre/post bar hangout. The neighbors below (we were in the 2nd floor) weren't terribly loud but I could hear every conversation, laugh, and door slam - didn't make for a great nights sleep (for several nights). The unit is minimumly stocked - had to buy toilet paper and some other expected supplies - with appliances that don't work. The "couch" and adjacent furniture is the cheapest anyone could buy and very uncomfortable. They should've just bought old couches at Goodwill as those would've been better to actually sit on. The beds were okay.Would not rent again even though it is one of the lesser priced ones in New Haven."
