"Convenient location in central Galway. Like most of Europe there is no air conditioning, but a small fan is available. Room was clean. Restaurant on site ($). Low water pressure in shower."

"Location, location, location: this hotel was in the heart of the city and close to everything. It was 2 minutes from the train station, and everything else was a 5-7 minute walk. The staff was amazing!!!! It was my daughter's birthday, and after mentioning it to them, they decorated our room with brownies, chocolate, and a card while we were out on a day excursion, making her day extra special. They really went above and beyond, and our triple room was huge."

"The hotel was clean & much of the staff was friendly. Parking was limited & some spots were tricky. It was a bit outside the city center, but quickly accessed via taxi. I do wish they had had an outdoor area."
