"We enjoyed our stay at Stage 12 Hotel by Penz. The location was great, within old town and just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. We got a balcony room with a mountain view, which was definitely worth the upgrade. The views were incredible! However, the room itself was VERY tiny, and the bed was not very comfortable. The reception staff was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed drinks at the downstairs bar, and the bartenders were fabulous. We spoke with Anna quite a bit, and it was a joy meeting her. Overall, our stay was good and we would recommend!"

"Excellent venue and would happily stay again. Very clean. Apartment had hob, sink, microwave and crockery so great if we didn't want to eat out - but several good places within 5-10 minute walk if we did. Breakfast was available if we wanted to pay extra. Great views. Location was excellent overall- and because we stayed 5 nights we received Innsbruck "Welcome cards" which gave discount in several places plus free travel on buses and trams which was a welcome bonus. (Buses into town are every 10 mins during the day and every 30 mins after 10pm - but ideal) and number 6 tramway direct to Schloss Ambras was only a 10-15 minute walk away. Local Spar nearby for food purchases. Hotel was very welcoming. Our room was a bit quirky with a sliding door on the bathroom - but minor point. We'd happily return!"
