Looking for a warm home in a peaceful area of Concarneau? L'Eugénie is a large house on private land of 700 m2, with trees, with private parking spaces. Everything can be done on foot (bakery, takeaway pizzas, grocery store, fishmonger, post office, bank, pharmacy, tobacconist, cafes, restaurant, creperie), accessibility to the city center by boat (5min crossing) which will drop you off at the one of the entrances to the walled city, an essential historical site of our blue city. At the end of the street, the sea, the beach and the corniche to enjoy beautiful walks. Nearby you will find: swimming pool, tennis, sports courses… On the ground floor, you will have a spacious, bright living room/living room with direct access to the terrace and the garden, sheltered from view, where you will fully enjoy the sun. A table with 2 benches, a parasol, a deckchair, etc. will be at your disposal outside, on the ground floor, a toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a laundry room will make your stay easier. Upstairs, a toilet, a separate bathroom, 2 bedrooms equipped with a 140/190 double bed, one bedroom with a 160/200 bed. On request, will be made available for your child: baby bed, high chair, bath, deckchair and potty. Our house is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival 5 p.m. and departure 10 a.m. Prices differ depending on the time of year. Rental in all seasons except: Christmas and New Year periods. Possibility of renting linen...The cleaning fee is extra and is not included in the price of the rental week. He will ask you for a deposit check which will be given on the day of your arrival.

Excellent séjour dans cette belle maison très cosy.On s'y sent comme chez soi. Environnement très calme, la mer à deux pas, la navette pour se rendre dans la ville close à 5 mn à pieds et une hôtesse absolument charmante. Bref, une adresse à recommander!
Josy nous a très bien accueillis et s'est adaptée à notre horaire d'arrivée, plus tardif que prévu à cause des bouchons. La maison est idéalement située, entre les spots de pêche, les plage et la ville... Il y en a pour tous les goûts.La maison est confortable et le jardin et la terrasse très agréables pour les repas en extérieur. On sent que tout est arrangé avec beaucoup de soin par Josy. Grand luxe : pain frais tous les matins au petit déj grâce à la proximité d'une excellente boulangerie !Tout est très accessible, à pied comme à vélo.Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à l'Eugenie !
Glückliche Ferien in fantastischer UmgebungWir hatten das große Glück, 2 Wochen Ferien in dieser fantastischen Region machen zu können und vor allem in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Unsere sehr netten und aufmerksamen Gastgeber Josy und Hervé haben uns dieses Haus nach Renovierung und liebevoller Gestaltung anvertraut und viele Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Eine wunderschöne Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein sehr schönes Esszimmer und modernes Bad sind nur der Anfang. 2 separate WC’s und 3 Schlafzimmer machen die Einteilung im Haus perfekt. Alles ist top renoviert und die Krönung sind dann die Terrasse und der riesige Garten, sowie der Parkplatz für das Auto innerhalb des Geländes. Es konnte einfach nicht schöner sein und wer das Glück hat, noch einen freien Zeitraum für seinen Urlaub dort zu finden, sollte nicht zögern! Für uns war es rundum perfekt und die schöne Stadt mit der praktischen und schönen Überfahrt mit der Fähre zur Ville close sind das Highlight. Auch der kurze Fußweg zur Felsenküste und insgesamt die Schönheit der Umgebung mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten lassen uns noch lange an diesen Urlaub erinnern. Wir müssen wiederkommen!
Nos vacances en famille avec grands ados se sont déroulés merveilleusement bien malgré une météo capricieuse, grâce à cette maison :lumineuse, spacieuse au goût du jour.

In jeder Beziehung wunderbar! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, eine Bäckerei praktisch gegenüber, ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, die geschlossene Stadt mit dem Bac zu erreichen, das zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war, es konnte nicht schöner sein! Und die persönliche Betreuung und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war phantastisch. Alles in allem ein Traum!
