A lovely house with a closed garden close to the beach. The house was very clean at arrival and looks even better in reality than the pictures. Very friendly staff as well!

Une belle maison près du GR et des Sables blancs

Bien que la pièce principale (salle à manger et salon) soit mal insonorisée, nous avons apprécié cette charmante maison au décor un peu vintage. Merci au propriétaire pour cette délicate attention… en cuisine. Nous le remercions également pour sa réactivité lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’un faitout pour cuire nos homards ainsi que les fourchettes à huîtres. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et merveilleusement coloré. Il a été très plaisant de profiter de ce printemps précoce et de déjeuner à l’extérieur (grande table de jardin). Les literies sont top. L’équipement en cuisine est assez moyen. (6 cuillères à café). L’entretien de la maison est très aisé (carrelage en Rez de chaussée). L’agence est très réactive ! Pour cette question relative à cette insonorisation défaillante dans la salle à manger, il suffirait juste de meubler un peu cette grande pièce comme par exemple installer une bibliothèque et l’ambiance serait un peu plus cosy.

Très belle maison avec un superbe jardin bien clôturé pour le chien. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Le maison est très agréable et bien située par rapport au. Entre de Concarneau, pour la plage et les promenades. Quartier très calme. Je recommande!

Maison très bien placée , agréable , avec des grands espaces. Chambres grandes et confortables , literie au top. Jardin très agréable avec belle terrasse . Urlaub 2022 in Concarneau

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und für 7 Personen, wie bei uns, ausreichend Platz. Alle Räume sind gut ausgestattet, in der Küche und auf der Terasse ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der große Garten bot viel Platz zum Spielen und gleichzeitigem ungestörten Ausruhen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Als einziges Manko können wir nur die Straße hinter dem Haus erwähnen. Die Autos hört man allerdings nur, wenn man sich auf der Terasse und im Garten aufhält. Im Haus habe wir die nicht wahr genommen.

Schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder!

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist wirklich für alles gesorgt, was man braucht. Die Substanz ist teilweise älteren Datums, aber völlig in Ordnung und gepflegt. V.a. die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Zum Haus gehört eine große Garage; super geeignet, um z.B. Dachboxen, Räder, Surfbretter oder was man sonst so unterstellen möchte, zwischenzulagern. Kritikpunkt ist tatsächlich die direkt hinterm Haus verlaufende Straße, die im Garten schon nervig laut ist. Wer das Schlafzimmer nach hinten bewohnt und bei offenem Fenster schläft, braucht in den Morgen- und Abendstunden einen gesegneten Schlaf oder sehr schlechte Ohren 😉. Nachts war der Autoverkehr sehr gut erträglich. Die Lage zum Stand und zum Zöllnerpfad ist super, zum nächsten Bäcker läuft man allerdings 25 Minuten. Wer ein Rad hat, kann in 8 Minuten gemütlich über die alte Bahntrasse in die schöne Innenstadt radeln. Die Dame der Agentur Sterne war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit - da lief alles perfekt! Alles in allem empfehlen wir das Haus aus voller Überzeugung gern weiter, bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder!

Für große Familie ideal

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten und Terrasse. Störend der Verkehrslärm der nahen Straße. Die Zimmer sind schlicht , aber man hat alles was man braucht, es ist alles gut durchdacht, praktisch und es funktioniert.

Grande maison agréable entourée d'un joli jardin fleuri

La maison ( datant des années 70 probablement) manque d'insonorisation et à 8 personnes c'est un handicap. Les équipements électroménager sont à changer (frigo, machine à laver le linge);dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de tuyau d'arrosage pour les fleurs du jardin car la canicule a fait son oeuvre. La route des plages en contrebas n'ayant pas été signalée il faut savoir que celle-ci est extrêmement bruyante en permanence. Il serait judicieux de prévenir les clients au moment de la location ? Ajouter un peu de modernité dans la maison et tout sera presque parfait! Les plages sont assez loin de la maison et la voiture est indispensable Mettre à disposition des jeux de société serait une bonne idée Le voisinage est calme. En conclusion la villa est jolie et l'on peut y passer de bonnes vacances

Nous (6 personnes + un chien ) avons passé une très belle semaine dans la petite maison de Concarneau. La maison correspond à 100% à la description: très propre, très confortable, equipée de tout le nécessaire, joli jardin , 3 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage des Sables Blancs. Bref: la location idéale pour passer des vacances bretonnes idéales! A recommander sans la moindre hésitation...
