Very well located house

The house is in a nice area, close to the town and excellent local shops. We enjoyed several very picturesque walks straight from the door and it was also well placed to explore the area by car. The photos show the interior well, the kitchen was very well equipped and the heating worked well - important in April. Cathy was very friendly, helpful and speaks excellent english. Overall, an excellent stay.

Small things can leave big impressions

Only two of us so only used middle floor. We have 38 years experience renting in France (VRBO and others)Positives:Warm and welcome when we collected the keys.Property very well located for access to port and town. Modern kitchen, comfortable lounge / diner with TV and wifi.Comfortable bedroom with hanging space and chest of drawers.Nice table, chairs, umbrella on lower terrace.Negatives: Ample parking space in front of house but drive unusable as lavender bush one side impeded gate opening. Not problem for us but not as described.Scruffy outside presentation - weeds and moss on steps which needed a good sweep (did this before we left). Also tall weeds growing round “well”.Extra cost of linen and towels didn't include tea towels. On arrival we had to make up bed (only the second time in 38 years renting - maybe we’ve been lucky).Before packing clothes in chest of drawers I had to clean them - detritus in the bottom and mould spots at the back - not best start to holiday!Shower head and support incompatible. Fiddly to adjust and difficult to keep in place. Fell on wife!Shower room sink slow to drain and getting worse by end of our stay.We found paved terrace a bit stark. Could be made more attractive?Upper terrace overgrown with weeds.Small patio area other side of kitchen - plastic furniture in very poor condition. Nothing terrible but more attention to detail might give better experience. Feedback to agents received well.

Uns hat es sehr gut in dem Haus gefallen.Die Außenanlagen waren etwas ungepflegt, aber die Terrasse haben wir trotzdem sehr genossen. Sie war groß, von Grün umgeben und damit nicht einsehbar.Die Lage war ideal. Eine ruhige Seitenstraße, aber in Fuß Entfernung zum Zentrum von Concarneau. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen

séjour local

l'emplacement et l'habitation sont très agréables, permettant d'accéder facilement à pieds au centre ville ainsi que de prendre des itinéraires de rando ou course à pieds. La sortie en véhicule de la ville est également très aisée. Le confort et les équipements ( dont le wifi) de l'habitation permettent à la fois de bénéficier de lieux internes et extérieurs très agréables et fonctionnels. Le quartier est très calme.

Authentisches Haus in wunderbarer Lage für Unternehmungen

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Für uns vier hatte das Haus eine sehr angenehme Größe, war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Nur die Waschmaschine läuft zwar, wäscht aber nicht wirklich. Das Haus liegt sehr nah an Hafen und Innenstadt und dennoch in total ruhiger Lage. Man kann zu Fuß in 10 min den Hafen, viele Restaurants, Läden und die Ville close erreichen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage, dennoch ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Hafen und Zentrum. Der große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und direktem Zugang auf die Terrasse hat uns besonders gefallen und ist mit den vielen Fenstern sehr hell und freundlich. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Küche, Badezimmer und Toilettenraum sind sauber und gepflegt. Der Außenbereich ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, könnte jedoch an einigen Stellen etwas gepflegter sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war ausgesprochen gut, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist korrekt. Die Übergabe des Hauses mit Alexandre hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Trotzdem ist man in gut 10 Gehminuten im Zentrum. Die Nutzung der Garage zum Abstellen der Räder ist prima. Neben der Garage im UG befindet sich ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten und kleinem Badezimmer. Wir haben dies nicht genutzt. Die Außenfläche ist von Hecken umgeben und praktisch nicht von außen einsehbar. Die Terrasse und der höher liegende Gartenbereich mit den Hängematten ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir waren zu zweit zwei Wochen dort und können das Haus klar empfehlen!

Concarneau auch bei schlechtem Wetter

Das Haus bietet genug Raum zum Aufenthalt bei schlechtem Wetter. Bei durchwachsenen Wetter sind die beiden Terassen genial. Man hat immer Sonne. Bei Kälte muss die Agentur gebeten werden die Heizung anzumachen.Zu unserer Zeit (Anfang Juni) war das Haus den Preis wert.

Une semaine en Bretagne,la maison parfaite avec ses 2 terrasses ensoleillées,lumineuse,et très bien équipée. Elle est située a 14 mn à pied de la ville close suffisamment loin pour éviter la circulation ou le stationnement difficile .. Réveil le matin avec le chant des oiseaux. L agence de location est hyper réactive (un petit soucis réglé dans les 24h).La dame qui m a reçu a la remise des clés était extrêmement gentille et prévenante .bref a recommander

Haus wahr SEHR muffig.

Das ganze Haus riecht muffig/modrig. Unsere gesamte Kleidung hat den Geruch angenommen, obwohl wir die Schränke bewusst nicht genutzt hatten. Da es die ersten Tage sehr warm war, konnten wir gut lüften, aber danach war es unangenehm. Das 3. Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ist definitiv nicht bewohnbar. In der Küche war viel unnützes Geschirr, dafür wenig Geschirr, das zu gebrauchen war. Z.B nur 4 brauchbare Kaffeetassen oder nur 3 Wassergläser, die anderen Gläser hatten alle Defekte. Das Haus liegt ruhig und nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Agentur, die das Haus verwaltet, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Séjour super agréable

Maison très sympa. Avec ses deux terrasses, petit déjeuner au soleil le matin. Déjeuner et diner sur la grande terrasse. Bien aménagée en électroménager. Juste un peu déçue de ne pas avoir pu utiliser le garage du fait d'une lavande envahissante bloquant l'ouverture du portillon. Très jolie location pour une grande famille.

Super schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus entsprach in vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen mit 4 Personen und einem Hund, d.h. die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns vier Erwachsene. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, die Nähe zum Hafen (10 Minuten zu Fuß) war super. Die Einrichtung entsprach unseren Ansprüchen. Die Küche war mit allen erforderlichen Hilfen perfekt ausgestattet. Es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Fahrräder in der Garage. Eine Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden. Die Terrasse wurde von uns morgens und abends immer gern zum Essen und Entspannen genutzt. Unser Hund hatte hier und auch im oberhalb gelegenen Garten freien Auslauf. Also - unser Gesamtresümee: Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 4 Personen.

Séjour très agrèable dans cette maison.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous n'étions pas venus pour la plage mais pour visiter la région. Cette maison est très bien située et très pratique pour ce que nous voulions faire. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque absolument rien., et la maison est confortable.

Kurze Wege in die Stadtmitte und zur Ville Close. Küche gut und modern eingerichtet. Aufenthaltsraum und Schlafzimmer angenehm. Fahrräder können in Garage sicher abgestellt werden. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Terrasse bei gutem Wetter gut nutzbar mit Liegestühlen und großem Tisch samt Stühlen. Insgesamt für vier bis fünf Personen schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr schöne Ferien in Concarneau

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön im Grünen, zu Fuß ist man schnell im Ort. Auch die großen Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und im OG sind sehr schön. Das Schlafzimmer im UG ist durch die Garage oder den Keller zu erreichen. Die Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit.
