Location. Clean. Good kitchen. Nice linens. Friendly host. Would recommend! Nice to have a dedicated parking spot but it was a bit of a walk if you had any mobility issues. Great stay.
Fantastic apartment for a few days stay in Concarneau. Communication with our hostess was great before the stay and she met us to show us into and around the apartment and her husband showed us where the nominated parking place was. The apartment was clean, spacious and light, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and it was lovely to open the big windows on to the market square while we were in the apartment. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the patio out the back was a fantastic little spot for a quiet lunch, and for drying towels after the beach. We would definitely stay here again, thanks Sophie!
The apartment was terrific. It was very clean; the appliances and amenities were up to date. The location was perfect. It looks over the main square which I thought might be noisy at night but the bedrooms are in the back and perfectly quiet. The only noise were the seagulls every now and then which added to the charm. Great place.
This is a wonderful place to stay! Convient to EVERYTHING. Madame Sophie is wonderful and is always available to answer questions or to drop by to explain how to do something you are not sure off . Lovely lady and has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend this appartement!
We stayed in Sophie’s apartment for 2 nights so we could attend a wedding. The location of the apartment was fantastic- v central. Concarneau is beautiful. Sophie was great to communicate with. V helpful. Apartment clean, tidy, v comfortable. Child friendly. Had basic supplies. Thank you sophie for letting us stay. We had a wonderful time.
The apartment was fabulous, perfectly situated adjacent to the main square and with several markets and bands was usually buzzing. Les Halles was opposite the apartment and had stalls with fresh food, and a small Carrefour was just two minutes walk away.as perfectly proportioned, full of light, with the only downside being a single, and very small, toilet, which at times was a challenge. The single parking permit was about 15 minutes walk away in a gated compound, although parking was available in the main square, paid for during the day, but free at night.Highly recommended, but be aware of the single toilet limitation.The apartment was fabulous, perfectly proportioned, full of light, and situated adjacent to the main square which had several markets and bands, and was often buzzing (see photo). Merci Sophie de votre confiance, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans votre appartement idéalement placé dans le centre de Concarneau, en face de la vielle ville. Lumineux et spacieux malgré un temps un peu gris.cela donne envie d'y revenir.
Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et de plus décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui ajoute à l’agrément du séjour. L’emplacement dans Concarneau est idéal.
Wir haben zwei Wochen in der gemütlichen und geräumigen Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, zudem mit guten Markengeräten von Bosch und Siemens. Die Küche hält im Wesentlichen alles bereit, was man im Urlaub benötigt.
Der Kontakt mit Sophie, der Vermieterin, klappt wunderbar.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte zentraler nicht sein - man kann aus dem Fenster auf den touristischen Hotspot "Ville Close" sehen. Dank der Wohnung kann man sie abends besuchen, wenn die Tagesbesucher wieder weg sind. Uns war vor allem an einer zentralen Lage gelegen, wo man sich unkompliziert versorgen kann. Gegenüber des Gebäudes befindet sich die täglich geöffnete Markthalle, wo man sich mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten eindecken kann. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Restaurants, Bars, Cafes sind reichlich in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kfz-Stellplatz, dieser ist allerdings knapp 1km Fußmarsch entfernt - uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Haus ist ein älteres Gebäude mit Holzböden und dementsprechend hellhörig; einige eingezogene Wände in der Wohnung bestehen aus Gipskartonplatten, z.B. auch die des einzigen WC - man sollte sich evtl. gut kennen. Total schön ist auch die Dachterrasse, die viel größer ist als auf den Bildern und Ruhe bietet von dem Trubel draußen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die zwei Bäder sehr praktisch.
Von unserer Seite aus ganz klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder.
Super zentrale Lage. Mit Liebe eingerichtete FeWo. Mehr als man braucht. Grosse ruhige abgelegene Terasse zum Entspannen oder Essen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub
Tout allait bien et tel que présenté sur le site Internet. Ameublement luxueux, tout y est, même le café, le thé,... il ne manquait qu'un fer à repasser.
Emplacement parfait. Un parking gratuit clôturé se trouve à 20 minutes à pied, mais il y a aussi un parking public devant la porte gratuitement jusqu'au 30 juin.
L'hôtesse Sophie était très sympathique et toujours disponible.
Sophie war eine tolle Gastgeberin mit viel Geduld, großer Flexibilität, einem liebevoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Apartment, in dem es auch viele Informationen zu Concarneau und Umgebung gab. Das Apartment liegt perfekt gegenüber der Markthalle mit Blick auf die Ville Close. Falls irgendwann Möbel ersetzt werden, würden wir uns ein bequemes Sofa wünschen. Aus der Beschreibung "zwei Bäder" hatten wir auf zwei Toiletten geschlossen (stand aber nirgends), d. h. die eine Toilette entsprach genau der Beschreibung.
Très bel appartement rénové avec goût. Très fonctionnel et situé en centre-ville en face des halles. Dispose d'une petite terasse à l'abri de la ville. Je recommande vivement

Emplacement appréciable, ville très propre et beaucoup de possibilités de randonnée et de découverte de la région (coup de cœur pour PONT AVEN), nombreuse plages et restaurants . Concarneau est une destination à recommander
