- A bedroom with two single beds.
- A bathroom with a shower in the bathtub.

- A large west-facing terrace of approximately 16 m² with garden furniture.

- Shared outdoor swimming pool (20x10 m), heated, open from June 1 to September 20, with child safety features (cover and fence), unsupervised. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change by the residence.

The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is located 300 meters from the apartment.
