Imagine a charming little apartment 100 meters from the beach ... Located a few steps from downtown Concarneau, this pied-à-terre, renovated in late 2019, can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 bunk bed in one bedroom).

The kitchen is fitted out and equipped to better offer you something to ask yourself. Likewise, the small sitting area will allow you to relax, as will the small balcony for an outdoor breakfast.

The sandy beach and the spa are 100 meters from the apartment. The walled city and the city center are barely 1 km away.

Had a great stay at the apartment. Awesome location close to the beach, easily walkable to the old town and a great base from which to explore the area. Amazing stay

Solenn welcomed us as we arrived. She is absolutely lovely, informed us about what we could do and the contact before, during, and after our stay was great. She usually answers within minutes and is always there to help. The accomodation is very cute, just as described and in the pictures. We loved staying there and always went for a swim in the Atlantic in the evenings. Can't wait to be back soon.

Nette kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Alles Nötige für die Selbstversorgung war vorhanden. Von der Wohnung sind es nur ca. 200 m zum Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber, liegt ruhig, der Check-in ist unkompliziert.

Impeccable !

Accueil très chaleureux de Solenn. Nous découvrons un appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et idéalement situé par rapport à la plage. Le parking fermé est au pied du logement. Le quartier et les logements sont très calmes. Enfin un terrain de sport avec un skate-parc se trouve juste à coté.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment ist klein, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Ausserdem ist der Parkplatz vor der Tür, der Strand um die Ecke und der Weg in die Stadt sehr nett. Können wir weiter empfehlen, aber möglichst nur für zwei Personen.

Bonne location à Concarneau

Séjour agréable, à 5 minutes de la mer. Plage très belle et mer propre et transparente. Appartement agréable, très calme. Situé à 20 minutes du centre ville, trajet à pied sans problème. Possibilité d y aller en longeant la mer, c'est très agréable.
